Kahana Manor is located between Kaanapali and Kapalua. The complex offers a touch of old-world lifestyle with upstairs living and ground floor shops. We’re not your touristy hot spot. Having a car is convenient but not necessary. We're right across the street from beach access. A few minutes' walk to "S" Turn Beach and all the sea turtles that sunbathe there. Playing in the ocean year-round is the norm.

I found location to be very good and convenient . My biggest dissapointment with our stay was the bed sheets were not clean there was hair all over the sheets and the pull out had no sheets and there were crumbs inside the pullout. . Floors were dirty as well . As a cleaner for these types of stays back home we take these matters serious. I did not reach out to complain as it was a long flight and and we had alot of family staying elsewhere and new I would be very busy with plans already made to celebrate my moms life as she passed last yr and i did not want my trip interrupted to handle my concerns so i washed sheets myself . Other than those 3 concerns it would of been a great stay .

We had some issues with cleanliness, repairs that needed to be done and unusable beach chairs when we arrived. Maui Paradise Properties sent the service manager over and dealt with the problems quickly. This is an older condo complex and there are issues with plumbing. The pool and the complex as a whole are well groomed. There is a lot of noise as you are sandwiched between two major roads.
