CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:

1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:
• REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions:
o Credits shall not expire
o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply

2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.

3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.

This property supplies ALL the amenities of a hotel without the Maui hotel pricing! Location could not be more convenient along with an extremely attentive staff that keep the grounds immaculate! Our property manager, Geoffrey Granum, was a HUGE reason our stay was perfect. He defines the words "customer service"! Our family will be back again next year!!

Nothing but superlatives. Convenient location, easy access to shopping, walkways, snorkeling, pools. I’ve stayed at all the hotels here and this was the way to go with the 6 adults in our party. A family with children would have a wonderful experience too.

We have stayed at Wailea Beach Villas several times and this time certainly did not disappoint. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo and responsiveness of the property manager. Wailea Beach Villas is definitely the best place to stay in Maui/Wailea. We will definitely be back!

Wailea Beach Villas is the premier resort for larger groups and families that want the full condo experience. This unit was recently renovated and the results are luxury at its finest. The property manager is fantastic in every way possible - responsive, accommodative, thorough, and always brought a positive attitude to every interaction. Everything about our stay made us feel we were getting the royal treatment at a very fair price. I highly recommend this property and this specific unit for your next trip to paradise.
