Luana Kai B306 is a top floor, two bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sleeps 6. The kitchen features beautiful hand-crafted wood details with a split mango wood counter, custom cabinets, and an amazing wood inlay ceiling. Additionally, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, Italian glass backsplash and granite counter tops.

The open floor plan extends to the main living area, which features a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV with cable. Complimentary WiFi is also provided along with a charging station. This condo stays cool with 3 split AC systems or enjoy wonderful ocean breezes and ceiling fans throughout.

The master bedroom loft offers a comfortable CA King size bed, TV, and en suite bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom downstairs also offers a CA King size bed, TV and large closet. The guest bathroom, also downstairs, features a beautiful wood vanity with marble bowl sink and remodeled shower. This condo has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion. Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler are also provided. Additionally, the owner of this beautiful condo has supplied luxurious bath robes, binoculars to watch the humpback whales during whale season and a nice selection of family games and books to enjoy!

Luana Kai is located in North Kihei, ocean front to one of the longest stretches of beach on island! It is also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The resort features an outdoor heated pool, a sauna, spa, cabana kitchen and BBQ area, shuffleboard, tennis, and nine-hole putting greens.

Please note this resort does not have elevators.

This was a wonderful condo, very clean and well equipped with an ocean view. The beds were comfortable and the condo was fully stocked with whatever we needed. There was an awesome food truck place nearby with gourmet foods and shopping was accessible. Thanks for sharing your place with us. Sadly, my mom became sick and we had to fly home early but we would love to come back again!

Our family of 6 had an AMAZING stay at Luana Kai. We traveled from Ontario, Canada to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. We booked through MyPerfectStays and our concierges Troy and Kai were phenomenal in helping us plan a fantastic week including surfing, snorkeling and a luau. The Luana Kai grounds were well kept and the unit absolutely gorgeous. Comfy beds, open layout with a well appointed kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and an amazing ocean view lanai. The owners thought of everything from bathrobes and luxury soaps and towels, to basic kitchen staples and beach gear for the fam (beach towels, Tommy Bahama Chairs, beach toys and a cooler). The pool and hot tub were small but just enough for a quick dip. It closed at 9 every night which was a bit of a bummer. There was also a sauna. Don’t miss the gorgeous sunsets and the incredible turtle show every evening at the beach as they come to shore to sleep for the night. ( turn left and keep walking about 5-10 min) We saw 24 one night! Kihei was a perfect central spot to tour the island and there were tons of restaurants (even a McDonalds!) and grocery stores ( Safeway, Foodland) within a 5 min drive. Definitely a trip to remember for us Ontarians. Aloha Maui, it was a blast xxxx The Fisherkins
