    Beautiful setting in a 9 unit Villa. The Lanai is shielded from rain and sun by the overhead Lanai above on the 2nd story. The 18 ft sliding pocket window disappears into the wall behind the Lanai and opens up the living room to outside living. Full kitchen, washer and dryer. King size bed in master and 2 queen size beds in 2nd bedroom. Beautiful view from the living room and landscaping. About 20 stairs down to the beach from the knoll View is spectacular! Can see all the way to entrance of Nawililli Harbor and the aircraft arriving and departing. Common area located in center of ground floor has a BBQ for use of guests and a big open area for dining and guests. Nice size outdoor pool to enjoy as well. This was our 2nd time we chose to stay at here at Hale Awapuhi 1B. Looking forward to stay here again.

    A great condo to recommend! This is the third time at the Hale Awapuhi and its the large space, the pool and the views makes this a great unit! Having our own downstairs porch is fantastic when you want to walk checking the sunrises sipping on a cup of coffee. While there is some lived-in wear that could be upgraded, being at a walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace, restaurants and other stores makes this a perfect place to be. On top of that, we called the management service before and during our stay and they were always rather nice and responsive. We will definitely keep returning!

    We were not informed prior to paying our money that the complex would be under heavy construction during our entire stay. Construction from 6am to 6pm every day of the week including weekends. You can imagine table saws, scaffolding, construction workers on their cell phones, hanging out by the pool,etc. No chance to relax or unwind. They offered to move us to a different complex but we had already unpacked and purchased food and it would have been an additional burden to relocate. They provided a 25% discount but it was still not enough in my opinion. We should have been provided at least a 50% discount because this property should not have been rented during this time period at all. What makes me so upset is that the management company was not honest and transparent with us from the beginning in which we would not have selected this unit for our vacation. I asked to speak with the owners of the unit and was told I could not. I asked to then speak with JP Parrish to discuss my concerns and was told I could also not speak to the owner of the property management company and was provided a customer service manager to speak to. The customer service manager was not helpful and really was not concerned about what was going on. We actually left early to come home we were so disappointed. Completely stressful time. If you have a choice, do not rent any units from this property management firm. Not honorable and certainly not customer service oriented. We feel robbed.
