We loved the hotel! The unit did not have a view but we didn’t spend much time in it. Everything was clean and Vickie was very responsive and sweet! We’ll go back!

We had a great time at the Westin property in a 2 bedroom resort view villa. Property and rooms were very clean and well maintained, staff was helpful and nice. Everything about scheduling this vacation was easy with VRBO and the property owner. Communication was great back and forth on the app and the room was as Recommendations: - Ask for an interior resort view with a view of the ocean. We could see the ocean from our balcony but we looked across a retention pond which was not awesome. - Ask for a room in one of the inner towers, we were in an outer tower and felt like the walk to and from the resort entrance for our car and outings was a long. - If you have kids, try the kids room for $70, was a bit pricey but our 10 yr old had a blast - Towers only have one elevator apparently and the housekeeping staff use them as well. You will find you are waiting for an elevator due to the staff many times. Not their fault, just a bad design. - Cabanas are priced well but do not have a complementary fruit plate or anything to welcome you. Additionally, they are missing a safe to store your wallet + while you swim. Honor system implemented here I guess. - Cocktails are priced normally and are good. - Bar food and room service are not as good. Salty, basic fare that leaves a bit to be desired.
