This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Quiet, clean and friendly. Housekeeping very efficient with requests. Pools, beaches, and activities fun for grandkids. Pool a little crowded during prime time.
