The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

We were ready for some warm weather and relaxation. This place was exactly what we wanted. The view is terrific! The ocean, the lagoon and Diamond head right there! The beach was perfect swimming and snorkeling. The restaurants, shops and proximity to town meant everyone was happy!
We will be back! Absolutely loved it!!

The property was everything we hoped for and more. Our condo was perfect for our family and the view was spectacular. Michelle www very helpful and the check in process was very smooth. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lagoon Tower. The room was wonderful — very large two bedroom, ocean views. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family. We even had great views of the nightly luau. Our only complaint about the property is that the pools are very crowded and there was only one water slide in operation, which resulted in lines that were so long we never ended up using the pools at all. But the lagoon and the ocean are right there, which is better than a pool anyway. Al is a stellar host — very communicative, pleasant, friendly, wonderful to work with. He actually met us at the property and facilitated our check-in. It was such a smooth process. He gave us lots of great tips and insight about the property. We had a wonderful vacation. Would definitely go back. Thank you, Al!
