There are 20 restaurants in the complex, ranging from beachfront dining to Five Star events.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

First off, the price listed was inconsistent with what I was able to book ($1200 more than listing request). Hilton Hawaiian Village – Lagoon tower has inadequate elevators that must be shared with hotel staff and maintenance. This causes long lines just to get in and out of the elevator. The pool was cloudy and overcrowded, bath towels are given to you at pool. The condo was fair, bathrooms are 2 star hotel quality. The hotel also charges $45-$52/day for parking. This listing and property was poor quality for 4 star price.

We arrived in Honolulu to stay at an airbnb we reserved a few months ago. To make a long story short that has been a nightmare. It was refreshing to have found a last minute property. We were treated with so much hospitality! From the agent to property itself! It was what we needed after so much continual with that other vacation rental company. We stayed at a Home Away property before and had a great experience. Next time we will rearrange our stay so that we are hosted by Home Away! Thank you guys for helping save our Hawaiian vacation!
