The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Property, room and staff were all wonderful. Downside was the amount of people here. It was like Disneyland. You had to wait in very long lines for everything. If you wanted to get a chair by the pool you needed to get in line at least 30 min prior to opening. No umbrellas at the pool and you needed to rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach which aren’t cheap.

I truly was a little apprehensive about booking a unit through VRBO for a vacation club type property but this was the best experience! This resort is fantastic in location, cleanliness, entertainment; everything you could want for a great stay! Our first time in Hawaii and we feel like we hit the lottery with this booking! We will book again and be back!
