Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Nice property, great location in Waikiki. The lagoon is beautiful. Hotel was extremely busy. There were long queues for everything, from check-in to the lifts. Trying to get a lift on check out day was crazy, We waited over 45 minutes. Hotel staff were very responsive to any request we had and sent additional towels etc to our room promptly. There were very few sun chairs available and pools were locked until 9.00 am. Waikiki was very busy in general with everyone finally getting away after covid so long waits at most restaurants.

We loved the space in the condo for our family of 5. The outside deck had an ocean view! We enjoyed watching and listening to the the Luau down below on the great lawn.
