The house was comfortable for a family of five. The outdoor grill was a nice touch. The beach towels very convenient.

Our host was very polite, easy to talk to, and check in/out was simple. House was a good spot to come back to after a day of being out. We are accustomed to ac, so a few nights were very warm but it’s to be expected.

We had a family of four staying there. We had a great time. I would highly recommend it for a nice stay in Hawaii. Clean and really good location, Enjoy some Hawaiian paradise :)

My family and I flew from Honolulu Oahu to the big island for the Merrie Monarch festival. We wanted to stay in a place away from all the traffic and noise of the city. This house was exactly what we were looking for.
Home owner Daniel was excellent at communicating instructions. He responded to my questions quickly, and we had no problems finding our way around the house.
Rooms was perfect size with comfortable linen. Big closet with dresser and hangers for our clothes. There was fans in the closets, I didn’t need it because when the sun fell the house was very cold.
Kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed to make breakfast and Dinner, also had rice cooker, coffee pot, refrigerator with ice dispenser, and a dishwasher.
We went to the beach during the day. This house had beach towels, coolers, beach chairs for us to use. House has a beautiful patio with a washer and dryer, which was perfect to get our laundry done before we flew back home.
The home was cozy in a very quiet community. There was some board games and Roku tv to just unwind.
My favorite thing about this home was at night the beautiful sounds of koki frogs rocked me to sleep. It rained late every night and it was like sleeping in a forest. Absolutely beautiful. If there was one thing I didn’t like was that I almost fell off the stairs going into the home, it was very slippery because it rained. I would suggest slip strips for safety. Other then that still 5 stars from us. We would definitely rent this home again.

Very nice property for average folk - pictures truly reflect condition and location. Feels like home, except for the animals visiting after dark - keep garbage in veranda to keep neighborhood animals from visiting during the night. Got some nice extras like snorkels and goggles - left a couple new boogie boards there for kids of all ages to body surf. Loved the cooler to pack picnics.
Dan the owner is a really nice guy - we discovered a glitch in the entry instructions that delayed our check in - and once we were able to track him down, it was fixed immediately and he was so nice and apologetic... truly a pleasure to speak with.
