Unit is gorgeous and location can't be beat. Note the second bedroom has twins, not queens. Couch was comfortable option. Kitchen and amenities are ideal. Stunning views and watching luau nightly from deck was a bonus.

Our room in Lagoon Tower was spacious and clean. Two bedrooms and bathrooms were a great plus for our family.
The resort is huge with something to do for everyone. I highly recommend the Starlight Diamond Luau held at the resort. It was a highlight of our trip and worth the money.
You will definitely need water shoes for the beach. It was very rocky and painful to walk on. We drove to many beaches at North Shore that were sandy and less crowded.

The resort has so much to offer. It is very large and can be overwhelming at on-site but you get the hang of everything after day too. The condo is great, well equipped communication property management was easy irregardless of the time difference. Definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as described. Terrific lagoon and ocean view. Very clean and nice. All aspects of the property were good.
Friday fireworks weee a highlight. Don’t miss them!
We had a rental car and used it many of the days for exploring the island. The in and out of the parking structure was difficult due to traffic and issues with the parking service and keys. No fault of VRBO property manager. Traffic around the Hilton is very heavy, so plan your adventures appropriately.
Otherwise the HHV and property was fantastic!

We loved staying here. The unit was on the 17th floor and the view was awesome. We were able to watch the Friday night firework show from the balcony. We did go to the luau but you can pretty much look down and watch the show from your balcony as well. Staff at the Lagoon Tower were very friendly and awesome. One phone call and the clog in the bathroom shower was fixed within minutes. We received one housekeeping service during our 7 night stay which was great. They were just one call away from bringing extra towels and anything we needed. Michele was very responsive as well. We definitely recommend this property to everyone.

We loved our stay. Great view of the ocean and lagoon. Unit was nice but noisy. You could hear a lot of the events / luau happening outside but it didn’t bother us. We actually watched the luau from our balcony. Would definitely stay there again!
