29th Floor Hotel Type Ocean View Ala Moana! (AH02). This cozy studio is designed with a quirky simplicity, to provide a comfortable feel to your Hawaii vacation. With floor to ceiling windows, close proximity to the Hawaii Convention center and the Ala Moana Shopping Center located just downstairs, this space is a prime location for a full immersion into the city life!
Beautiful view, room and price! The room rate is less than one half of the hotels.
As you arrive at your new home away from home, you will step into a neat kitchenette, best suited for after beach snacks and early morning Kona coffee. The premium location lends itself to easy restaurant access, so you may want to bring home famous Honolulu cookies or a fresh Hawaii pineapple from the markets nearby, to save for a midnight snack!
The Ala Moana Condo is located just a few steps away from the building is the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention center, Ala Moana Beachpark and Magic Island.
There are several bus stops near the Ala Moana Condo. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby to explore Honolulu.
The Ala Moana Condo building offers a pool, gym, sauna, mini shop, and even Starbucks, at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in the Ala Moana area.
Guests may leave their trash right outside their doors for Housekeeping to remove and dispose. Please place any and all trash in bags that walls.

*Every single guest needs to pay Daily Resort fees ($25 x #of nights), and Key Issuance Fee ($50). Tax is exclusive. This payment is for Ala Moana Hotel. These fees are included in the total amount.
By paying these fees, you may access the hotel pool, sauna, and gym. However, it does not permit access to room service or any other hotel services.
!!IMPORTANT!! The exterior works project of Ala Moana Hotel Condo began. The working time is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Frida, except holidays.
The exterior workings are: 1)Concrete Repair, 2)Re-painting the Building, 3)Limited Sealant Replacement, 4)Lanai Deck Coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.
*All lanai doors will be secured to only open 4" for ventilation purposes. Begin in December 1st, 2022 Complete in March 31st, 2023 (Subject to change).

Otherwise, it was an awesome stay!

The view was amazing, but that was diminished when I had to deep clean the bathroom due to bodily fluid buildup still being under toilet seat and area light switch. The bathroom was also only stocked with one roll of toilet paper. My family members stayed in similar rooms on different floors and had at least 3 rolls stored in the cabinet near the reach in cooler, but that cooler in my room was locked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a perfectly positioned place to enjoy all of what Oahu has to offer. Most everything that is needed for the stay is within walking distance, groceries, restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. We especially enjoyed was that most of the tour buses make a stop there. The condo was perfect for 2, and had a very comfortable, safe feel the entire stay. We live in a vacation/resort community that relies on tourism and it was refreshing to feel welcomed and appreciated by all the locals we encountered in our visit, we truly felt the spirit of “ohana” while in Honolulu. Thank you for the great stay, we will gladly stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a decent stay in the Ala Moana Hotel through booking with Lei Realty! Just be aware though that because they are a private owner, all services (including cleaning) are done separately by them and not by the Ala Moana Hotel. Otherwise, we had a great time here! The room was clean and close to amenities. There was a Starbucks and convenience store located in the hotel lobby and a walkway that connected the hotel to the Ala Moana Mall. There was a nice view of the city and ocean from the balcony. Overall we had a great experience staying here.
