The Paradise Cottage is a charming two bedroom / one bath home on 1/2 acre of lush lawns and exotic fruit trees. The home is situated in the residential community of Hawaiian Paradise Park, on one of the loveliest bays in East Hawaii - where you can walk for miles and see nothing but pristine coastline and lush forest. Watch breathtaking sunrises and cascading rainbows from the covered lanai. Located 3 blocks from the ocean and just a short walk to dolphin and whale watching. It is a short drive to black sand beaches, waterfalls, hot ponds, restaurants and shops.

Designed for relaxation and entertaining the two story Paradise Cottage offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. An architectural charmer with comfortable furnishings, a vaulted ceiling and ceiling fans in every room. A custom kitchen comes with all modern appliances. Indoor dining or enjoy outdoor dining on the covered lanai.

The ground level bedroom has a Queen bed. There is also a futon couch/sleeper in the living room. The outdoor covered lanai with a dining table and chairs provides a perfect spot for an afternoon siesta. Downstairs there is a shower/ tub in the stylish bath. The living room features open-beam ceilings, a couch, and an entertainment center with Warner Cable TV & WiFi (high speed wireless internet). The open floor plan allows for access to a covered lanai from the rear entrance.

The upstairs suite has a King Bed with a full bathroom offering privacy from the ground level. There is a writing desk and chair set. Windows and ceiling fans provide light and fresh air.

This is the vacation property for those who want the beauty of old Hawaii. A turnkey property completely furnished including all utilities / electric, WiFi, cable tv, landline phone, water & yard maintenance as well as a washer and dryer. And it is only 20 minutes to Hilo Airport.
