Property description accurate, property clean and well maintained. I would recommend property to friends and relatives with an ocean view. We had a view of the street and the outside noise made it difficult to sleep. Turning on the AC helped to drown out the sound. Enjoyed a meal at Top of the Illikai, Cinnamons and Poke Shop. Property management replied to our concerns with the hour of our questions.

Apartment was as described. Clean, in good condition, easy access with hospitality app, wifi worked. For sure bonus is dedicated parking space and location. Full equipped kitchen, but we missed dishwasher (which is correctly mentioned). Captain Cook Resorts team is doing great work, we rented multiple apartments in past and for sure we will do it again.

Having stayed in this type of unit at the Ilikai before, we knew what to expect. Its spacious and secure.
THE GOOD: The unit overall was clean and exceptionally well- appointed. The location is convenient to heading into Waikiki and heading out to other parts of the island. A MAJOR PLUS IS THE ON-SITE PARKING SPACE IN THE GARAGE, INCLUDED WITH THE STAY! The check-in was seamless, with the manager answering our call and gaining us access right away.
THE BAD: The remodel stopped at the shower door and stall, which had quite a bit of mold and grout damage that could have easily been cleaned, A plumbing issue on the second day could not be repaired until the next day. They offered us a 15% discount for our trouble and we, of course, accepted. Our major dissatisfaction and disappointment is that we still have not received the refund, and multiple polite texts regarding it have been ignored! It appears they do not intend to honor their promise. Please note the condo is on the street side, and there is non-stop traffic day and night. We had to accept this location to get the Ilikai on short notice due to a family emergency. We did not know the noise would make use of the lanai uncomfortable most of the time. I would rate this much higher, with the caveats noted, had they not failed to honor their promised refund or even respond to our questions about it. This spoiled our overall impression of them and the experience.

We had a great stay. The property was clean, well equipped, and came with free parking. The only complaint is the bed was rather hard but this surely is no reason to avoid this property.

The check in process was very easy. We called Paul when we landed and he met us upon arrival to the property and directed us to the included parking spot. Paul took us up to our room and showed us around our room and the property so we could see where everything was. The patio had a great view of downtown and the mountains. The street noise was a bit loud but the slider doors did a good job of keeping the noise out of the room. I would recommend more towel hooks to hang beach and bath towels since there is no laundry service and we were there for 8 days. I would recommend something to hold the curtain back that is over the air conditioning unit When the air is running the curtain blows in front of it so we set a bottle there to hold it back and it helped. Overall the property was clean. The floor was a bit dirty and could have been mopped a little better. The vent in the shower was dirty and needs cleaned. The toilet seat wasn’t very comfortable to sit on and it was at a very weird angle. The shower door and floor could be updated, but overall was clean. We were happy with the property and would stay again. The included parking spot was awesome! Parking is hard to find so this was nice to have so we didn’t have to worry about parking!
