CANCELLATION POLICY UPDATE:

1. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Assuming a guest is unable to travel due to a positive COVID Test taken within 72 hours of travel OR a government imposed/mandated travel ban, cancelations will be processed as follows:
• REFUNDS: If a guest cancels their reservation and IPM is able to resell any of the guest’s reservation dates, IPM will issue a cash refund, upon receipt, for all dates that are resold.
• CREDITS: Assuming a guest cancels their reservation within 60 days of arrival and choses to forgo a refund per the terms mentioned above, IPM will issue a credit on all monies paid based on the below terms and conditions:
o Credits shall not expire
o Your future reservation must be placed in the same Villa that was originally booked
o Rate differences for future reservation dates may apply

2. Non-COVID Related Cancelations: For cancelations unrelated to COVID, Island Property Management will attempt to rent the unit during the specified contract period. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount equal to, or greater than, the stipulated contract amount, all client funds will be returned upon receipt by Island Property Management. Assuming the Villa rents for an amount less than the stipulated contract amount, client will be issued payment of said lesser amount (as REFUND IN FULL) by Island Property Management. Assuming the unit fails to rent, NO REFUND will be granted. Although not guaranteed, assuming the guest cancels within 60 days of arrival, the property will typically re-rent for the canceled dates thereby allowing the guest to receive a full refund.

3. Travel Insurance: Assuming you need a cancellation policy that offers refunds, we have priced our units so that you may purchase travel. The price of our Villas, together with the travel insurance policy, are still less expensive than 90% of our competitors. We price our Villas in this manner to provide options to our guests as most guests prefer to forgo insurance and utilize the existing Cancellation Policy + pay the lower price.

4. Moving Dates: We can usually accommodate all guest date change requests that occur 90 days or more before arrival, with the movement of reservation dates to the following year. ...

Luxurious condo that is very well equipped. Several small maintenance issues dealt with quickly. Wonderful pool and view. Downside is that it is located directly across street from complex maintenance yard. While most days it was a bit of noise with garbage and leaf blowing, but on on Friday the crews were removing large branches and debris throughout the complex and running the chipper most of the day. If the crews had taken the chipper to were they harvested the trimmings and chipped there we would not have had to endure the noise all day.

While our stay at our condo was not cheap, it was well worth the cost. Beautiful home with beautiful art and a nice view. Just minutes from shops and restaurants, and it had a nice swimming pool area and gym. We felt very spoiled.

So I booked this property with 2 other couples in mind to share our AMAZING MAUI vacation with. Due to Covid the decided to back out last minute... So I was a little upset... However, having this amazing place to come back to was nothing short of amazing. The kitchen was great for those who can cook... The view from the top Lanai was breathe taking. You could look off in the near distance and what the Humpback Whales breach the water... We actually canceled a day at the beach to stay and hangout at the property....

The unit could have been a little cleaner. Found a mask and price tags in our bedroom on the floor behind the night table. Stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the view of the ocean and walking distance to various sites.
