Rentals are subject to an additional occupancy tax that varies by unit size. The fee is approximately $32.68/day for the two-bedroom unit The fee is payable at checkout, at the front desk, and is not included in the total VRBO rental price. This is subject to change per State of Hawaii Regulations.
Hyatt resort rentals shorter than 7 nights are subject to a $39 split week fee, payable at check out directly to the resort.

Amazing location in Maui, rooms were wonderful, nicely furnished, kitchen stocked with many general needs. Staff was very helpful & quick to respond. Tiki bar food was good. Pools cold but beautiful. Did not like they reserved chairs around pools Ardriana, was really helpful with booking and quick to answer questions.
