Our condo has one of the best views of White Sands Beach since we are second from the front! Our condo is naturally cool because our lani is shaded from the sun by facing north. We have Central Air Conditioning system. We have very comfortable furniture, a new washer and dryer, 2 comfortable king sized beds in the 2 bedrooms. Our kitchen has been totally remodeled with beautiful granite counter tops and is very well furnished with all the tools for cooking. We have a 50 inch 4K HD in the living room and a 40 inch HD TV in the master bedroom TV. Both TVs have lots of cable tv channels. The tv in the living room has lots of streaming possibilities. We have a nice sound system that is Bluetooth capable. We provide hi-speed wireless internet currently running about 560 mbs. ...

We typically rent older condos like this and this has been by far the best we have ever stayed in. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The pool is kept warm and the location was fantastic with a very nice beach across the road. Paul was very helpful. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time on the Big Island. Our condo was great with all the comforts of home and a beautiful beach view. The lanai is very comfortable and we ate almost every meal outside enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean. The condo is located right across from Magic Sands Beach. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and even saw whales swimming in the area. The condo has AC , which we never had to use, as there was a very nice breeze when we had all the doors open and ceiling fans going. The BBQ area and pool are very nice as well. The unit also has a washer and dryer, which is great for doing laundry right on-site. Our host Paul is very easy to reach and very helpful with any questions you might have. This condo is in a great spot, nestled across from the white sands beach and within a trolley ride to the happening restaurants and nightlife of Kona. The condo was clean and loved the pool area and mind people. The owner was awesome with communication and was very detail oriented and timely. Would definitely Stay here again.

The rental unit was perfect for us, convenient location loved being across the street from the beach. They have a great view of the beach from the lanai. The owners Paul and Sharon were very helpful, they worked with us when we had a delay getting there. The unit was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds too! Overall everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we hope to return someday soon.

Overall the condo is nice. Beds are wonderful. Sheets are polyester which are hot, and my wife can’t stand polyester, so cotton would have been nice. Kitchen and master bathroom are nicely remodeled. Rest of the space could use some updating. The MAIN issue we had with the place was that there is no central AC in this unit which made the unit very warm. The thermostat and the wall registers seen in the pictures are from an old system that no longer works. We were here in mid Sept and the bedrooms were very warm and stuffy even with windows open and ceiling and floor fans on. The master bedroom ceiling fan only runs on low speed which did nothing to cool us off while in that room. There are 3 portable floor fans that help but honestly most (if not all) the other units in the complex have an AC unit so not sure why they don’t fix this one. The last thing you want on a nice vacation is to have trouble sleeping or relaxing in a place that is too warm. We stayed in a different unit in this same complex last year and the AC was wonderful. Other travelers we met in the pool all reported their units have AC. In the cooler months it’s likely not an issue but definitely needed in the summer months. I contacted the owner our first few days and he just told me to use the portable fans. I told him the ceiling fan does not work and he did not offer any remedy. Rather disappointing and misleading that the description does not state that there is no AC. Other than that the unit is nice and in a good location across from Magic Sands Beach. The tennis courts are torn out right now, being replaced I was told.
