Our condo has one of the best views of White Sands Beach since we are second from the front! Our condo is naturally cool because our lani is shaded from the sun by facing north. We have Central Air Conditioning system. We have very comfortable furniture, a new washer and dryer, 2 comfortable king sized beds in the 2 bedrooms. Our kitchen has been totally remodeled with beautiful granite counter tops and is very well furnished with all the tools for cooking. We have a 50 inch 4K HD in the living room and a 40 inch HD TV in the master bedroom TV. Both TVs have lots of cable tv channels. The tv in the living room has lots of streaming possibilities. We have a nice sound system that is Bluetooth capable. We provide hi-speed wireless internet currently running about 560 mbs. ...

Apartment was in the perfect position to enjoy the only proper beach in the general area. Apartment had all the amenities required for a good stay and the complex had a great pool / sauna / games area. Would stay here again.

Great location. Beds were comfy and lanai had a view of the pool and the ocean. A/C and fans kept place at perfect temp. Bonus had washer and dryer.

We typically rent older condos like this and this has been by far the best we have ever stayed in. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The pool is kept warm and the location was fantastic with a very nice beach across the road. Paul was very helpful. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time on the Big Island. Our condo was great with all the comforts of home and a beautiful beach view. The lanai is very comfortable and we ate almost every meal outside enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean. The condo is located right across from Magic Sands Beach. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and even saw whales swimming in the area. The condo has AC , which we never had to use, as there was a very nice breeze when we had all the doors open and ceiling fans going. The BBQ area and pool are very nice as well. The unit also has a washer and dryer, which is great for doing laundry right on-site. Our host Paul is very easy to reach and very helpful with any questions you might have.
