Beachfront home boasts an open floorplan, remarkable ocean views, new (Sep 2019) quartz-top kitchen, high-quality beds and linens (1 queen + 2 twins that are convertible to a king), bedroom A/C, free wifi, free laundry, free parking, and loads of beach gear. The sandy beach is perfect year-round for swimming (no rocks & minimal swell exposure).
Note that this is the Bottom Unit of a two unit (tenants live in a third unit toward the back of the property, but do not access the lanai area while guests are occupying the rentals unless absolutely necessary) split-level property. Virtually everything outside is considered common-use, this includes the hot tub area. See Property ID 4086296ha for info about the smaller Top Unit....

The house was the perfect week long rental for a family of 5 vacation. The lanai/back patio was our favorite feature of the house and where we spent most of our time. More than enough outdoor seating options; outdoor shower and hot tub worked perfectly. Beach views and access were excellent, the cabinet stocked with goggles, kayak, etc had everything we needed.
Good location to easily access North Shore area while not being too far from south Island/Honolulu area. Trails located within about 1/2 mile of house were a surprisingly fun bonus.

I would recommend this property to anyone! Lovely home with everything you need, beach outside your door was exactly as the pictures portray, and amazing for sunrises on the deck. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on the island. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

This is a beautiful peaceful place! Kayaking out into the horizon was wonderful! Great hot tub. Well stocked kitchen. Mahalo!

Amazing property that is literally right on the beach. All of the beach toys you need, including kayaks are right there. Great communication with our host. Would definitely stay again.
