This tastefully designed one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo offers outstanding ocean views and contemporary décor! The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, optimal storage space, stainless steel appliances, and a view!

You will find comfortable seating in the living room, including the Queen sleeper sofa, and an LCD flat-screen TV for relaxing after a fun outdoor day! The blackout curtains offer a late start to the early and bright mornings when needed. Take advantage of the free high-speed wireless internet, ceiling fans, and central AC throughout the condo.

The bedroom offers a Cal-King bed, and is lined with oversized windows that allow lots of natural light, but also feature blackout curtains, and has a small private lanai!

The bathroom features a huge, tiled, walk-in shower, with a large, adjoined bathtub, and the separate vanities feature oversized mirrors and granite countertops that offer plenty of storage. The enclosed toilet room offers privacy and space from the shower and vanity area.

There is also a stackable washer and dryer which provides additional convenience and independence during your stay. Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more!

The bedding is Cal King & Queen sofa sleeper.

4 Night minimum stay. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee.

All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on the total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional.

17.42% of state taxes are added to all rates. 1006 sq. ft.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel outside of 30 days of arrival for a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee. We do not refund once inside 30 days of arrival....

This property had an amazing view. We enjoyed our morning coffee and watched the whales each morning. Kitchen was great for cooking when we didn’t real like venturing out. The unit itself could use some work. The washer smells pretty bad of mildew and the dryer takes several cycles to successfully dry clothes. The hot water heater didn’t last even one full shower which can be a pain when trying to wash your hair and scrub sunscreen off after being at the beach. One of the two bathroom sinks drained quite slow so we shared one vanity instead of two when getting ready. The master bedroom TV would not work for us. We’re pretty tech savvy and could not get the cable working no matter what we tried. We did provide the feedback to Quam Properties and they said they’d have those items addressed for future guests. Overall Kapalua is a wonderful area and we’d come back again.

The listing is exactly true to what you get and the views! The way the property is set up, you have so much privacy! Cannot see the neighbors on either side. It is close to many bars and restaurants as well as a local store with coffee/cafe and any last minute needs you forgot to pack! We will be back!

If you are a couple or a very small family that doesn’t require a second bedroom, book this condo. Beach gear and kitchen are stocked with essentials, steps from one of three pools, and the best of all, walk past the pool and down a few flights of stairs to reach Oneoloa Beach and the Kapalua trail. Views from this condo are better than the pictures. This was our favorite condo in the area so far. If you are traveling with small children I do recommend using a service like Maui Baby Rentals for child specific gear if needed. Mahalo!
