AThis ground level, end unit, townhouse style Kapalua bay villa vacation rental was beautifully updated. Enjoy ocean views from every room in this exceptional villa! Delight in using our private balcony off the master suite or the lanai on the main level to gaze at the ocean. With the Montage next door, this is an easy walk to Kapalua Bay and Ironwoods beaches. Pool and tennis courts are just steps away. There is air conditioning, Big screen high definition LCD TV"s, free long distance calling to U.S. & Canada and free high speed wireless internet.. New carpet installed and newly painted as of November, 2019 and 2 new sets of pots and pans! Bedding is 1 Cal King & 1 Queen sleeper sofa. 1200 sq. ft. Minimum 4 night stay. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.42% State Taxes added to all rates. You may cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus $100 cancellation fee....

The pull out sofa bed was horrible you could feel the springs on your body ! It was possible to sleep on it ! I pulled the rug off the floor in the bedroom to make it somewhat possible to sleep on then piled blankets on it ! I was able to finally get a foam pad on Monday we came on Friday ! The master bedroom furniture was old and dated maybe from the 1970 ! The site said it was updated ! The window covering we’re old broke and dirty! The main floor was nice ! The location was great ! But honestly I am upset that I paid so much for it ! Not a good value ! It would be great if I received some money back ! I couldn’t recommend this property to anyone I know !

Excellent view of the ocean and very spacious. Great access to two beaches and a nice walking trail. I would definitely stay again.
