Welcome to Paradise!!! Nestled in the lush valley of Makaha you will find this newly furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo, located in a beautiful and well-kept 24 hour gated/guarded community backed by the majestic Makaha Mountains. Included on the grounds are two swimming pools, kiddie pools and spas, also BBQ facilities with picnic tables throughout, a tennis court, basketball court and laundry centers. Enjoy a stroll through the well-manicured grounds and delight in the peacocks that roam freely through out.
Be one of the first to enjoy this newly furnished, upgraded second floor unit. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed & a brand new Beauty Rest-Black firm mattress, the second bedroom has a queen with the same mattress. Also available is a twin size air mattress and a pak-n-play.The living room boasts a brand new 4G 55” Sony TV with smart features to access, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Etc., and comfortable seating. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal or step outside and BBQ. Appliances available are full size fridge, smooth surface range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender & a Keurig coffee maker. There is comfortable seating for 6 at the table so feel free to invite friends. For those that are here on business we do supply a copier/scanner and high speed WiFi for your convenience. We are family oriented and supply a pack-n-play, stroller and portable high chair/booster. There are board & card games for the evenings spent in and for your beach play there are beach towels/chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, boogie boards and children’s beach toys. The unit comes with 1 free designated parking space. This unit is designated non-smoking only.
This condo is located just minutes from some of the most beautiful and quietest beaches on the island. Enjoy Deep Sea Fishing, Whale Watching (Dec.-March), Superb Surfing, Swimming and Snorkeling. There are also several wonderful hiking trails close by. For the golfer Makaha Valley Country Club Golf Course is just around the corner and there is more great golfing located at Ko’Olina just 15 miles South along with Aulani /the New World Class Disney Resort. Just a 45 minute drive to the airport and Pearl Harbor, 1 hour to Waikiki/Honolulu. The bus line stops just outside the gate if you would like to tour the island.

Loved our stay at Makaha Valley. Loved the location. Loved the distance from the city center. We enjoyed nice drives to the beach, to the mall, to North Shore and other actives on the Island. Makaha Valley was peaceful and those around us were police and friendly. WOULD definitely go back. Thank you so much

This is an excellent condo. Owner did a great job to make sure there is everything a person could need away from home. We were impressed of how many beach toys are there, life jackets, chairs, umbrella, and even a folding cart to carry all that to the beach. Property is very peaceful, neighbors are quiet, two wonderful pools and hot tubs (if one is closed you can walk a few min to another one). Location was a little further away than I expected. It’s at least 1 hour drive to anything. During rush hour traffic is very slow and takes even longer to get back. But if you don’t plan to see sites, there is a Makaha beach that is 5 min driving distance (you still need a car to drive to eat-too far to walk). Beach is very clean and has interesting rocks further back that kids enjoyed looking at full of little crabs and tiny fish. Other beaches nearby are not clean-lots of human trash, food, cigarette buds. We drove a few times to wonderful Ko Olina lagoon #4 and that was resort like beach with no waves. If you can’t find parking, Ko Olina Marina has paid parking options. Important to know that last 40 min of driving to condo every day will be through very poor parts of Oahu and thousands of homeless camps by the road. We have seen people on drugs, fighting, tons of homeless animals. It was a new side of Hawaii that we have seen this time around staying in locals area and not in touristy Hawaii that we are used to. But condo itself is safe and amazing. Thank you owners!

Place was pleasure to stay. Kids have fun at swimming pool. Wilderness of the valley was stunned for our sight couldn't get enough of the view each time we drove. Host was always responsive right away when we had questions. Will recommend for those who want to be away from crowded places of tourists

We really enjoyed our stay! My kids, 9yr and 6yr, loved all the peacocks. We felt very safe, and it was located a few minutes from the beach and golf course which were both beautiful and not busy at all. We would definitely stay here in the future.

We came to Oahu to move our daughter into Hawaii Pacific University. This condo was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space with two bedrooms that could be private space as needed. Air conditioned. Pea cocks and pea hens and baby peacocks have free run of the gated community. Full kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and cooking tools. Hot water was plentiful. Lots of extras. This is clearly a family beach house. I will want to come back here when we pick up our daughter this spring.

Very clean and safe. Our family really enjoyed our 2 weeks here. We could walk in the morning and our favorite beach is minutes away. Highly recommend.

The location of this property was beautiful & convenient. The amenities were great, gorgeous scenery & views all around the pool areas. Everyone we met in the community were very friendly too. The beach gear is all provided which was really helpful. There were only 3 of us and this condo fit us comfortably. We did feel that there were some things lacking when it came to the cleanliness of the unit, as well as the upkeep of some things. Random lightbulbs were out, fans not working- things like that. The living room furniture upholstery could use a good cleaning too. There is no ac in the bedrooms which made them a bit stuffy during the day, but they get a decent breeze at night as long as you have the window open and the working fans on. The WiFi during our stay was spotty at times, there were some evenings that the Netflix/streaming options were not available to use b/c of the signal. Overall though we had a very enjoyable stay & would even stay there again. The pros of the location, community & price outweighed the cons for us.

We got here to Makaha Plantation a little early and was able to check in with no issues. Once we finally got settled it was like being at home, very comfortable and relaxing. Shelly was very responsive to me, and helped every way she could. The peacocks were the highlight for my kids and myself. I think I have more pictures of them than I do the island. Staying out this way is definitely for those who do not mind driving, and like to really experience the culture of the island. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a beautiful experience. This was our first family trip to Hawaii. We had to unexpectedly change our travel dates. Shelley was the best! So easy to work with. Very accommodating. The rental was just as described. In the country and out of the hustle and bustle. We loved it. Everything we needed was available for us so we could spend good quality time at the beach! We will be back.
