Thank you for considering our Sugar Beach Resorts condo.
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 1 bedroom/1 bath non-smoking/non-vaping condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all the basic utensils that one may need for meal preparation. This unit also offers central air conditioning and smart TVs and Roku devices in both the living room and bedroom. Situated on 5 miles of beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities just steps from this unit, and later watch the sunset over the ocean from a private lanai located just off the living room. This unit is also a great area for viewing whales in Maalaea bay!
Sugar Beach is centrally located approximately 15 minutes from Kahului airport, with many great shopping and eating places nearby. Because this unit is just steps away from the beach travelers can take advantage of all the beach/ocean activities that Maui has to offer. The Sugar Beach complex also offers a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, sundeck, koi pond, and BBQ grills for guests.

Thank you for making our stay so easy. The unit was immaculate - obvious care for items - well stocked with essentials - even grocery bags so we didnt have to buy more! View over little coy pond waterfall, pool, and ocean with spectacular sunsets. The pool was supposed to be closed till Monday but opened on Saturday (exceed expectations!). We loved the location as it was not in the middle of Kehei traffic but simple to get there or Wailea and really centrally located to our scuba trips, snorkeling, road to Hana (go early and go reverse!), all the wonderful things Maui has to offer.

Had a wonderful week at Sugar Beach condos. Beach amenities supplied. Beautifully remodeled condo with views of pool and beach. Watched sunsets and whales from our balcony.

This newly re-decorated condo was both tastefully & thoughtfully organized to provide nice comfort in a wonderful location with great access to the beach. Great views from the lanai sure a positive add-on for the property ... we enjoyed our time on the deck. El was most responsive & helpful - this was very much appreciated. Very nice updated condo. Ocean and pool outstanding. Close to everything. We had a late flight out of Maui and the owner allowed us a few more hours of beach/pool time!

This condo is in a perfect location with gorgeous ocean views, the prettiest sunsets you have ever seen and just feet from the softest sand beach!!!!! The condo is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved our 10 days here and would definitely stay here again!

Let me preface this with saying… I’m a frequent traveler who only stays in 5* accommodations. Not because I’m rich or stuck up. But because I have a VERY hard time sleeping in random places that aren’t very nice and CLEAN. I’m a germaphobe. So I know my limits.
This unit is beautiful and very clean. I slept just fine. I didn’t get jitters and the creepers while trying to sleep. I just went to sleep. That alone says a lot for me because everyone who knows me know that my home away from home must be clean or no one is getting any sleep. No one.
This trip was a solo trip for me. I enjoyed every single bit of it. I didn’t cook in the kitchen (not sure who does on vacation … maybe my very frugal elderly mother would).. either way, the kitchen is gorgeous and again, was clean!!
The unit had everything one would need on vacation. I swam in the pool and laid out by the beach each night to watch the full moonset and sunset. Absolutely gorgeous.
I typically do not travel to the same location twice.. but if I did, I would absolutely stay here again. The host was extremely responsive. 5* for the host alone! Enjoy your stay here and in Maui. Aloha!!
