The premier unit at Wavecrest, one of only two ground floor rentals with views of the ocean and neighboring islands and the pali. Nicely set up unit with a king sized and queen sized beds for comfortable sleeping. The bathroom and master bedroom are newly remodeled. The well equipped kitchen has a new stove and microwave which make cooking a pleasure. Everything you need is provided, including linens, washer and dryer in the unit, flat screen TV with Roku network TV for service, and private high speed internet. This is the nearest unit to the pool, cabana, barbecues, and the ocean.
Open the doors to the lanai and feel the trade winds cool the air. Swim in the sparkling pool or grill dinner at the cabana. Play tennis or shuffleboard or just sit and read a book or watch the whales, seals, manta rays, or sea turtles. Listen to the tropical birds as they greet the morning while you eat breakfast on your lanai. The complex has a lending library in the cabana, ample parking, nearby grocery/sandwich shop, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Moloka'i is the best island for learning what the real Hawaii is like. Its people are warm and welcoming, its pace of life is slow and relaxed. There is always something to do or someplace to explore, or you can just relax and watch the sea life around you.

Resort property is beautiful and maintained. Our unit was on water and best location within property. Property manager provided beach towels, chairs, and other items that helped with stay. The only issue was unit cleanliness. The unit bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned before our arrival. Appliances were not cleaned. No vaccuuming. One bed required us to launder sheets, and fold towels left in dryer. The property owner was notified immediately. I noted the cleaning fee, and she refunded to me. She did apologize and tried to get the cleaner to return, but to no avail. Recommend contacting owner in advance to verify housekeeping completion. Otherwise, the unit was nice place to stay.

We found the condo to be very comfortable and a well appointed kitchen. Stocked with basic spices, etc for cooking. The grounds are beautiful and the sunrise takes your breath away.
We unfortunately encountered some very bad weather, which reflects only on the remote location. We were unable to make it back to the airport on time due to flooding and mud/rock slide.

The resort is great. The pool was clean and quiet although not heated and some may find it a little cool. We like it as it was a great way to refresh after being in the sun. The condo was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen came with a lot of condiments, spices, and a few food staples. We would also recommend(a few other guests also had this comment) changing the cleaning service as the unit was really only "surface cleaned." Some cupboards were dirty, as were the closets, behind couches, etc.. Cobwebs, dust, and other signs of a cleaner who is far from meticulous. Be prepared to purchase your own toilet paper(3 rolls included) as well as dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Upon arrival the hand soap dispensers were very close to empty, and although the refill soap was there, we needed to refill these containers within a day or 2 of arrival. We loved the 2.5 weeks we spent at the. Wavecrest, as well as our time on Molakai. The ground floor corner unit location of A101 is ideal, close to the beach and pool. So our review is not all negative, but we felt that for the cost of rental some of the details could definitely use some improvement.

Furnishings are fun and functional. I especially like the toucan rocking chair. It is handy to have an onsite washer and dryer. We appreciated the available cleaning supplies and other supplies (light bulbs, batteries, etc).The chairs in the lanai are comfortable and easy to swivel.
The bedside clock is not functional and the surface is dirty and oily. The shower head works, but the direction of the flow randomly changes to straight down. The ceiling light-fan fixture worked sporadically. There were hoards of ants in the sink one morning. The lounge chair on the lanai is comfortable but looks old with peeling paint and faded fabric.

This condo had everything we needed to make our stay complete. Location was convenient with lovely sunrise views and access to the beach and pool. My family really enjoyed our stay!

This unit is one of the larger units in the area. There was more than enough room to lounge and enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the lanai. And the amenities were wonderful, loved the pool and the space in that area. The condo was spacious and clean.

We loved being able to walk out on the lawn and being so close to the pool. The kitchen is well stocked, nice condiments in the fridge too. Decor is charming. The blocks under the louvers in the bedroom keep the trades moving nicely too.
We appreciated the washer and dryer!

This condo was the perfect spot for us to relax and explore the island. The kitchen is well appointed and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The proximity to the beautiful pool and gas BBQs was the best in the complex. The owner was quick to communicate with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Molokai!

The pool area was fantastic with barbecues for grilling refrigerator for beers with a unobstructed Oceanview. The grounds were quiet and well-maintained. If you really want to get some R&R this is the place!

After a couple years of Covid insanity - the constant juggling of kids, grandkids, dogs, cats, strange shopping, & general global insanity, just the two of us escaped.
