At the time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check-in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at the time of check-in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $129 for a new guest certificate.
Upon arrival, the 24 hour concierge will check you in and provide your keys. Resort collects an occupancy tax for the State of Hawaii of 6.24 per day (which is subject to change), not per person, per unit.

My family has vacationed 3 times at Royal Sea Cliff. Great property! Beautiful grounds! I chose the property because it offered beds for all my kids and a balcony with a view. This should make up for last year’s Kona vacation, I thought, when we had to go on emergency leave due to the death of my father in law. Spend the money this time, really go all out! However, this stay was compromised because the photos of the property of my Royal Sea Cliff choice we’re NOT as published! No balcony, no view (parking lot) and not enough beds for the kids, even though it was clearly pictured! Sad that my investment I had made to surprise my family was something less than I expected. The management willingly offered a roll away for at least one anecdote. Thank you! Now, I’m a camper with no problem, but I must express that what visual aids that are uploaded to promote the property should actually BE the property...... like any other place I have rented from VRBO.. So I must give a delinquent opinion about this misleading offer that I went for. Please- Please get those photos and clear description corrected! (I am glad you are asking now instead of day 1. Now, I can actually compose reasonably.) Oh, and btw, the twin beds photo were not even of the property at all, so the front desk informed me. So, not sure where that photo even came from. That really sent me in orbit! Now that this is out, the ball is in your court.
