This one bedroom condo has been totally renovated in April 2011, and has tile flooring through out. Notable features include a modern kitchen with granite counters, new cabinets, appliances and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The bedroom has a queen sized bed, and tropical wood dresser and mirror set.
Air conditioning and a ceiling fan help to keep the unit cool after a long day at the beach. Kick back with cold drinks and watch a show on the flat screen "Smart" TV.
Kalama Terraces is centrally located and is a five minute walk to the beach, and ten minute walk to Foodland (grocery store), restaurants and bars.

This property was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, great fans and AC! (Not central but cooled the entire suite.). Walking distance to the beach and all Kihei has to offer. Easy check in, owners fantastic to deal with. The one thing to note was you can hear everything outside only because of the type of windows in the building, I am sure that is common for a place where the weather is this warm. But quiet time for the complex is 10-8 and we never had a problem with excess noise. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future. I would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend to friends.

This was an excellent apartment for my husband and I, we love to walk around Kihei and this place is in a perfect location for that. Also 5mins walk to our favorite beach. We slept great in this quiet apartment complex, folks do start getting up early but so do the roosters. That’s why I love Maui :) the lanai was wonderful, comfy place. Thank you!

Well cared for grounds. No frills condo, but comfortable. The living room//dining room could use better lighting, also no reading lights in the bedroom. We like to read at night, so we went out a bought a light. We left it as a gift. There were plenty of towels provided, even beach towels. Much appreciated.
