This is a beautiful property, finely appointed with Hawaiian décor, tucked into a peaceful and serene location near the golf course. It is a beautiful condo and just a short walk to the beach. Located directly in-between two world-class resorts: the Mauna Lani and the Fairmont Orchid. As a great bonus to your stay, I can offer you unlimited access to the private beach club at Mauna Lani Resort, which includes free us of beach chairs, cabanas, and private gated parking! Finally during your stay I will provide some boogie boards, beach towels, beach cooler etc.

We had a very nice and quiet stay at this property. The accommodations were clean and upscale, as well as provided necessities for a day at the beach (towels, cooler, chairs, etc.). The lanai was great for coffee and cocktails. We even had a few visits from the local goats and mongoose. We would stay again!

Great beach wagon and other items for beach use. Condo located close to cool pool area, advise driving to beach club it has some good snorkeling, protected from waves and there is very good sea adventure company right next to beach.
Mosquitoes at condo were carnivorous beware! Other wildlife was enjoyable to listen to and watch!

This is a great layout for friends/family. Two floors- half bath on main. Well stocked kitchen/beach necessities. We loved being near the pool. Access to Mauna Beachclub was awesome! We love the big island and would definitely stay here again.

Rented Dennis’s property based on proximity to the Fairmont Orchid where I was attending a medical conference for the week. We had some challenges with check in only because my phone brought us to the wrong location at first. So, for reference, it’s about a half mile before the Fairmont Orchid on the same road, left/west side.
There is a whole complex of 4-plex homes and plenty of parking. This rental was about 30 yards from the pool (in sight of the pool but no issues with noise/sounds).
The entire area was quiet and serene with beautiful shade trees but just enough sun for sunbathing. We walked the 8 minutes to the beach at thr Fairmont and had great snorkeling. The “owners beach” we have access to with the key card that comes with the rental was also fantastic. Just a quick drive away and also fantastic snorkeling. We brought our own fins, goggles, and snorkels, but there are some here too.
We loved having boogie boards to use along with a beach umbrella and beach wagon and beach chairs. It wa more than we expected!! There was a small cooler (soft sides with rigid insert) available to use as well.
This kitchen in this rental is fantastic! High quality pots and pans with every tool we needed to make meals. This was one of our favorite things about the rental itself.
The master bedroom is large! Huge king bed with lots of space to maneuver, and a whole side sitting area with room to inflate a queen air bed. The master bathroom is very large as well!
Overall, would definitely stay again and felt that this property was better than the pictures! Thanks, Dennis!

We loved our week at The Fairways. We enjoyed both cooking in well appointed kitchen, and eating out at the Fairmount Hotel (make a reservation!), which is super short walk away. Pool was great for our 11 year old. I loved mornings on the lanai with coffee and birds. This was a perfect spot to explore beaches, snorkeling, and hikes, especially visiting Hawi & Pololu in North Kohala. Host was gracious and responsive. We hope to return!

This property was amazing, all we could ask for and more! Great location, very well maintained, close to everything (golf, grocery store, shopping, beach). The property manager was very helpful and responded immediately with any and all requests/questions. The Condo was clean and comfortable, well equipped with updated appliances. Hope to be back soon!

Great condo for family of four (boys age 3 and 8). The garage had everything we needed to go to the beach. Access to the private beach was great. Worked with owners to stay three extra days and they were a pleasure to work with. We would stay there again.
