Expansive home with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths all within 2,750 square ft of interior space and in a fenced gated private property.
We have 2 master bedrooms/king beds with private baths (one has an ocean view and one has a garden view). We also have an oceanfront bedroom with queen bed, an oceanfront room with two full beds, and a guest bedroom with 1 full and 1 single bed.
Watch our resident Green Sea Turtles play in the cove directly in front of the house. Walk off the property into your own private setting with no neighbors to the right for 100 yards, complete with beach and tide pools. Surf or snorkel right in front of the house, depending on weather and season. One of the few homes with a fireplace and private 2 entrance gated driveway. Quartzite stone floors and vaulted dining and living room ceiling.
Newly added air conditioning is a bonus! The home has a total of 3 split AC units. One in main living area and one in each of the back master bedrooms. With doors open , the thee units will cool down the entire home. Another brand new feature is an enclosed outdoor bathroom- perfect after a day of ocean adventures!
This beach front home is both welcoming and laid-back, the perfect family destination or romantic getaway. It will instantly feel like your own private beach house. Two sliding driveway gates at the entry gives total privacy and allows for up to 4 cars to park inside the property.
The many large sliding window doors and French doors create a wonderful indoor, outdoor Hawaiian style vibe. Enjoy the well appointed kitchen with an awesome ocean-view and when you choose not to cook, there are great restaurants about 5 minutes away in charming Haleiwa town.
The home has a beautiful yard with tropical flowers and trees surrounding it. There is a 14 foot high seawall capped with see through stainless steel safety wire that adds a very safe and private feel to the grounds. There is a private access gate with about 7 steps down to the very private beach and tide pool area.
Relax, soak up the sun in the yard or on the beach, or enjoy surfing, SUP, swimming, snorkeling, kite surfing, kayaking, hiking, fishing and more right in your front yard. We have great tide pool searching directly to the side of the property and wonderful beach glass and shell hunting all over the beach. Note that during winter months, the beach/sandy area will come and go as bigger ocean swells visit the north shore of the island. November through February are also great times of year to catch a surf competition at nearby Waimea Bay, Pipeline, or Sunset Beach.
Whale watch from the living room during the winter months and swim with sea turtles and tropical fish in the summer months. Buy local fruit from the farmers market in Haleiwa town and old Waialua town on Saturday mornings. Local coffee shops, restaurants and shopping nearby! Ask about our favorites ;)
This charming and comfortable island-style home will easily accommodate a large family or group of up to 12 people maximum. Rates quoted are based on up to 10 guests.

Great location on Oahu. Only minutes away from sharks cove, Waimea falls, and other fantastic locations. Nice private beach area and plenty of space. Awesome place to stay!

Beautiful home with gorgeous views! The description & pictures given, while accurate, fall short of doing this home justice. Something for everyone! For those not so outgoing, this home is a vacation in and of itself! For those who crave even more adventure, many island excursions await you from a mere 4 minutes away by car, our shortest one, to 45 minutes away at most. If you plan to get away from the hustle & bustle of city life, then take advantage of the North Shore, and its plethora of exciting adventures all from this ultra convenient location! There were days we were able to plan an early 2 hour excursion, come "home", eat a home-cooked meal, rest up, and still have time for another 2 or even 3 hour excursion! Our family was skeptical that such planning would work out because most excursions had to be booked months in advance, but this home's convenient location and amenities made it all not just possible, but super enjoyable! No cranky outbursts due to fatigue, no 'bow outs' 'cause it was just too much, just pure fun and enjoyment! The only way to Aloha Hawaii!

The beach house was everything a beach house should be. Very comfortable and roomy, as we had 11 people.
The carpeted area overlooking the beach and ocean was great and easy on the feet as well. Great for morning coffee to see whales spouting, as well as evening cocktails.
The beach and tide pools and seeing sea turtles was amazing. We even had one sea lion beach for several hourse.
Shopping in Hailewa was a few minutes away as the same for Foodland grocery store. Waimea Falls and Waimea Beach was a very short drive as well. A trip north to the food trucks is a must.
Cathy was an amazing host and immediatly addresed any questions we may have add.
Checking in and out was quite seamless and easy.
We highly recommend this beach house and host Cathy. I would give more than five stars if it was possible.

My family of 10 ranging in ages from 1 to 68 found the property and location perfect for the quiet relaxing vacation we were looking for. Location was very quiet, private, and secure. The snorkeling right in front of the house was excellent and we saw all the fish in the Hawaii snorkeling guide. Just down the beach 5 min walk is another perfect snorkeling spot sheltered by a big rock 100’ off shore. Spent hours every day watching the turtles swim in and out of the tide pools to feed. Saw whales spouting and breaching almost every day. The town of Haleiwa is just up the road with all kinds of quaint shops and great food. Dole plantation is just south. Waimea Valley and Falls is just a mile up the road and hosts a the Toa Loa luau. My family thought this was the best vacation spot we had ever been to and want to rent this house in the future. Host was very responsive to all our needs and questions. Only downside was that during our stay the sandy beach in front of the house was all rock, but plenty of sand at the other snorkeling spot. Am sure the sands come and go with the seasons. Highly recommend this property.

The views are absolutely amazing ! You can sleep so many people here ! The house 🏡 is big and spacious- very open. Great to have a washer and dryer - beds are all very comfortable. The two smaller bedrooms are a little warm but I believe the owner is adding AC units to them which will make a big difference. So sad to leave - this was a great family vacation.
