Enjoy a breathtaking ocean view while sipping delightful Kona coffee from the comfort of your private lanai. Our clean, well maintained condo is a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. It includes a full kitchen, living/dining room area and lanai. The kitchen has a pantry, plenty of cabinet space and all major appliances: dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. There is also plenty of dishware, cookware and silverware to make meal preparation easy when dining in. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, linens, full closets with hangers, dressers and nightstands. Ceiling fans are included in all rooms to circulate the soothing ocean breezes. The 2nd bathroom also has a washer/dryer. The property amenities include an elevator, a private pool with an ocean view, BBQ, and 1 assigned parking space. The grounds are well kept with trees, plants and flowers that attract colorful birds. Spectacular sunsets are included each evening for free. Our condo is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood within a few miles from the town of Kailua-Kona and close to various shopping centers. There is a wonderful walking/biking trail just blocks from the condo which many guests have enjoyed to welcome the start of each morning. A variety of nearby public beaches lend themselves to snorkeling, surfing, picnicing or just to hear the rythmn of ocean waves or view the sea creatures basking in the sun. We also have brochures of possible adventures to contemplate and even the name and number of a booking agent which serves our guests with answers to questions and suggestions for island things to do. Our intention is to provide a relaxing place to spend time to really enjoy the magic and spirit of Hawaii....

The place was great! Takes a bit of time to get used to staying without doors on the rooms and on the balcony, but in the end, it was a great experience! The location is far enough from downtown to be away from all the crowds, but close enough to grab the car and be there in 5-10 minutes

We had great time at this spacious place. It was home away from home for 10 days. Being nature lovers, we enjoyed all the sights and sounds of the huge open area next to the property, including the geckos that used to come for the pineapples in the lanai. It is close to everything but tucked away from crowds.

We really enjoyed our stay; close to stores, restaurants and away from real touristy areas. We loved sitting on the Lanai, overlooking the ocean. Condo is clean and well equipped. Before leaving, you need extra time to wash and put away towels, as listed in the check out procedures.

Had a wonderful weeklong stay in June. The listing description is accurate. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai, though not of the sunset (the lanai faces southwest). Not having any doors took some adjustment, as we had bugs coming in the first night (attracted to the lights). The secret is to keep the curtains/blinds closed before it gets dark. Road noise did not bother us. Mary and Frank were responsive, and self check-in and check-out was very easy.

Perfect fit for our family of 4. Tastefully decorated but not over the top. Great ocean views. Plenty of space. Kids loved the pool. Owners thought of every detail, very well provisioned, even left a guidebook to borrow. Easy access to Hawaii Belt Road outside crowded downtown Kailua Town but still close to shopping, restaurants. Only downside was road noise, but we tuned it out, and the birds were louder than traffic. Highly recommend. Would stay again!

We enjoyed this condo very much, it was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, umbrella etc. The lanai was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view and sunsets. There was noise from the highway but we used a white noise app. on our phone and slept fine, there are also ear plugs provided.

We had a truly lovely time staying here. Great location right above Kona, close to town but not in the town on the ocean. Fantastic panoramic and relaxing views of the ocean. Very usable kitchen and great layout overall. Perfect for two people (or two couples) who want separate bathrooms and lots of joint spaces to relax. Great and communicative hosts. You DO have to walk up and down one flight of stairs to get to the elevator, which then takes you to the third floor, which is a bit of a strange design. However, the top floor is very much the place to be in this complex full of nice permanent residents (not something you’ll find in a lot of temporary stays in Kona, and a plus in my book). Would absolutely stay here again!
