Location is great. Vicki (property manager) was very helpful. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately owner iput his condo up for sale so we had realtors coming in.

We’ve stayed at this building many times. This was the first time in this condo. . We had everything we needed, just steps from the beach. It was perfect for me and my daughters. It’s a large studio, with a murphy bed that creates more space. We’ve already booked again.

The bed pulls out of the wall and is not in a separate room. It fell at the bottom a few times and then a repair person came to "fix" it. I could see how anything was done but was extra careful with it so the bottom wouldbt slide out again. There were enough minor things but no major issues and Vikki (manager) was very friendly while remaining professional- doing what she could to make sure we had a good stay.

The building is well located right across from the beach, but even though it is on the main street, it was actually pretty quiet. It is getting old though and sometimes has water pressure and temperature issues, as well as slow drains. The studio is exactly as pictured, and large enough for two, but quite comfortable for one. Check-in and check-out were easy, but the owner said that I could check in early at 12pm but when I called to check, the manager said that they were still cleaning, but I could check in about an hour early. The murphy bed was fairly comfortable for a murphy bed, and the WIFI and cable worked well. The air conditioner cooled the apartment, but it was so loud, the TV volume had to be cranked, and ear plugs worn at night to sleep. Also bring some eye shades because the blinds don’t block the light. The communication here was great, and any issues were handled quickly. All and all, I enjoyed my stay.

Even with the restrictions issued by the Hawaiian Governor, we enjoyed our stay in this unit. The beach remained available to us right across the street until the Governor closed it off to everyone on our next to last day in the unit. We were able to continue to enjoy the sunshine at the condo’s pool. Having the condo’s library available to us was a plus. We were able to borrow puzzles and books, which we enjoyed. Also having a lounging area located next to the laundry area where we could read or just pursue our iPhone, made our time doing laundry more pleasant. This unit is located only approximately one block from The Bus or parking in the Banyan garage. We enjoyed our stay in this unit and would consider staying here in the future.
