Wonderful ocean views. Across the street from Kahaluu Beach, one of the best snorkeling beaches on the Big Island. One bedroom, one bath, fully furnished, second floor condo. Lovely pool and BBQ area. Private Lanai for outdoor dining, relaxing and ocean view sunsets. The living room and bedroom both open to the Lanai for nice ocean breezes and the sound of the surf. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with AC and a ceiling fan and the living room also has a ceiling fan. The unit includes a flat screen TV with Blue ray player. The kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator and full size washer and dryer. Unit has WIFI.
The unit is NONSMOKING and no pets and is not wheelchair accessible.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refunded if cancelled 30 days prior to check in date. 0% if cancelled less than 30 days prior to check in date. If we can rerent it, we will return your money, minus a $25 fee and less any credit card fees.

We really loved our stay. Everything was great, from the building, the parking, the apartment, the amenities, the location, the view, all of it. The only room for improvement that we would recommend would be a more comfortable couch / loveseat and bed / mattress. But, either way we would definitely recommend this place and we would come back again.

The Condo was nice and comfortable, but carrying our luggage upstairs was a tiring chore for us. We couldn't get the T.V. set to work properly.

We absolutely loved it! The condo was very close to Kahaluu beach. It is great for snorkeling, no so much for just chilling in the sand. It felt like I was swimming in an aquarium! And no worries there are tons of great sand beaches nearby. The place was stocked with everything we needed. Spacious deck/balcony. It is a smaller place, but everything is well organized. Highly recommend!

We weren't looking to spend $1000 a night at a fancy hotel. The place was perfect. AC in the bedroom kept us cool. A walk down across the beach to a great snorkeling spot. The room was clean and everything worked and a great price too! Thanks!!!

Host was very thoughtful and suite was very well organized with items that we could use. Snorkeling,chairs, fan, day cooler, and games. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. My son and I had a great time and we will definitely be back.

Location was excellent. Kitchen well equipped and washer dryer appreciated. Never had to use AC but there was a unit in bedroom. Would recommend. We hope to come back.
