NOTE: You should know that the condo building will be undergoing some renovation work at the beginning of October for approximately 2 - 3 months. It will take place on the walkways (not beachside) and there may be some noise associated with it during weekdays when most folks are out enjoying the island.

This mid-floor beachfront condo at the Hawaiian Princess comes complete with a spectacular sunset ocean view from the lanai. The condo has been remodeled with the best of everything. Amenities include a deluxe fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a convection oven, cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops and a stainless steel apron sink. The bathroom has a cherrywood vanity complimented with a vessel sink. It also features a walk-in shower accented in blue pearl granite, travertine rope and a shower panel complete with horizontal body jets. The bedroom features a deluxe hand carved, palm tree themed furniture with a king-size bed with Hawaiian Quilt and shams.


The living room has been decorated in tropical colors and rattans that match the cherrywood in the kitchen. It has an elegant and comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper. Relax and enjoy listening to the waves or watching your favorite sporting event. The unit also has 2 large flatscreen TV’s, air conditioning, new front loading washer and dryer, beach equipment and everything else that you need for your stay in paradise including free WIFI. There is also a pool, hot tub, game room, BBQ area and secure, gated and free parking. Best of all, it is directly on one of the best beaches on the island. Also, this is the sunny, leeward side of the island where the weather is almost always perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hanging out on the porch offers fabulous views of the bay, and makes it easy to spot wildlife. Recommend bringing binoculars.

This place is just as pictured! Away from the hustle of bustle of the city. The beach is amazing! We were able to see turtles and humpback whales from the lanai. We will be back..

This was perfect for getting away from the crowds like you would find at Waikiki beach. It is an hour drive from Honolulu and the North Shore, so a rental car is a must. Sunsets were gorgeous every night. The security that Hawaiian Princess has works quite well and feels safe for families. Can’t wait to come back. If local walking and shopping is your thing, this may not be for you. Waikiki has all the high end shopping but all the crowds too.
