This property is absolutely beautiful and decorated so nicely. It was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at and had everything we needed for the beach and pool. Mercedes always responded to me so quickly and did everything she could to make our stay great. One of the best vacations we have ever had.

This is our fourth time to Hawaii and this property was by far the best well stocked in the kitchen to do anything you could want from a cooking standpoint. Beautifully decorated, very clean and nice and quiet. Lots of goodies to use at the beach, we didn’t have to buy a thing. We love the Waikoloa area and will definitely be back again. Even had a safe and a desk which was a major plus. Highly recommend!

The property as well as the site was very clean, well maintained and well equipped. It is close to the Waikoloa Beach (easy access with <5 minute drive and free parking next to the beach). Since we wanted to explore the island, we did drive a lot and visited other beaches rather than staying local. But, we could have easily spent most of our beach time here. We used one of the pool areas and my kids had fun. It is well set up for a pool side bbq. The gated site has other amenities such as exercise room and tennis courts, but we have not used them.
