This place was WONDERFUL!!! Great location, AMAZING views!!! My only complaint was the lack of response from the host prior to arrival. I emailed through VRBO at least 3 separate times for the 4-5 days leading up to arrival and she never responded. Thankfully when we arrived, the employee at the resort checkin was able to reach the owner by phone, otherwise we would not have been able to access our unit. That said, I would stay here again because the place was PERFECT!

The location within Halii Kai couldn’t be better. Views of golf course , ocean and whales. Closest building to the pool complex. I’ve rented from Peggy for many years and each time I return to 12A it feels like my home. My 17 day stay over Christmas, shared with my family, couldn’t have been more enjoyable. Thank you Peggy!
