Just as advertised. Sure it’s a little dated, but it has everything you need and it’s close to all Waikiki has to offer. I stayed here 35 days and the longer I was there the more I appreciated it. Ice cold AC, nice balcony, no bugs in sight, I could go on. I would stay here again.

Great location! Lots of shops nearby. I stayed here for the summer for work and brought my family for a summer vacation as well. It was a great experience. Central to everything but just off the busy streets. Nice breeze at night so always had the living room door cracked to let the Breeze in. Parking spot available with property so it was convenient if renting a car. Would stay here again.

Had a great time. the condo is comfortable, however a little spartan on the furnishings (no TV in the bed room). Great location... close to everything. I would stay there again.

Comfortable king size bed, washer and dryer in the unit was great. Only downside is the lanai was to noisy to sit on and enjoy do to 2 window A/C units running, you had to turn them off to enjoy the view. Kitchen was great, but needed better lighting for cooking. Overall great stay and everything I needed for my 3 week stay. Would stay here again in the future without hesitation.

The unit is in the heart of Waikiki. Dawn who let us in made sure we had all the comforts of home available. The unit had all the necessary items, dishes, etc, plus boogie boards, chairs, beach towels, and mats for the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai every evening. The in unit washer/dryer was great to have. There are two air conditioning units which cooled the unit off quickly. There were only two people in the unit and we had plenty of room. This place was our temporary home until we found an apartment. Laurynn the booking agent was helpful in putting me in touch with a property for rent. And she also checked her rentals to see if their company had a long term rental. Both Laurynn and Dawn made our stay wonderful and they both went the extra mile to help us. out.

Tha lanai is nice. Even an ocean view. Loved coming back to the killer shower after a day in the ocean.

Pros: clean, attractive condo, great location, nice swimming pool.
Cons: There was not a sofa bed as shown in the photo. There was a rock hard futon that slept only one person and was too hard to sit on if you wanted to watch TV. There is no TV in the bedroom, so be warned. The kitchen was beautiful but no dish towels or measuring cups or spoons and we had to request some dish soap. No comfortable seating in living room.
One of the elevators in lobby broke and would be out of order for 2 weeks.
The rental company said they were obtaining a sofa bed but that was too late for me.
