Relax in our exotic, luxurious and most comfortable ground floor home with both king-size and queen-size beds and plenty of room to spread out. Our home has been recently complete redone with all new furnishings and decor. It has got a very well equipped chef's kitchen and a spa-like master bathroom.

A grassy area off of the lanai is perfect for children to play and the ground level may be preferable for seniors.

You have breathtaking views of the mountains and waterfalls, and our condo is only a few seconds stroll to a dramatic cliff edge and the crashing surf below. Beneath the bluff are tide pools and natural lava tunnels often home to sea turtles. From the property you can watch wintering whales and dolphins or enjoy the many nene, Hawaiian goose. Imagine relaxing on your private lanai, bathed by gentle trade winds, watching frigate birds gliding by as you absorb the sights and sounds of paradise while enjoying a cool tropical drink.

The condo is located in Ali'i Kai I, which is on an ocean bluff.

Within the complex you will enjoy a pool, wildlife, great views, and lush gardens. You are minutes to stunning beaches in nearby Hanalei and world-class golf. If you must stay connected, high speed, WiFi internet is included.

Manish was a great host - SuperHost. He responded quickly to all our questions and needs. Property was beautifully kept. Most of the things required for washer/dish washer were kept for one week usage. Linens provided were great. Best part of the full size refrigerator with Freezer. Definitely worth a stay.

Large space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located on the ground floor in a condo complex with a pool and hot tub. Manish was very responsive and helpful when issues came up.

Condo was clean and perfect for our family. Plenty of toys for playing in the ocean or sitting on the beach. We enjoyed the local Nene goose that visited the condo daily. Would def stay again and recommend to anyone. The owner was quick on responding to emails too!

We rented this property for 2 nights before backpacking the Na Pali coast and we could have stayed longer. We srent really resort people (we do not golf), but the setting is very pretty snd the Princeville licstion is perfect for North island explorations. Everything here was clean, well-stocked, in great/new condition, and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent- super helpful with advice for our backpack trip (a nice bonus) We would return in a heartbeat. Great value.
