Perfectly located in beautiful, sunny Kihei, the Maui Vista Condominium complex is just across the road from the magnificent Charley Young Beach, and is within walking distance to great dining, entertainment, and shopping. Our 1 bedroom/1 bath unit is located in quiet, building #2, and is just steps away from the pools and tennis courts. It has new furnishings throughout, a very comfortable queen bed, and sofa sleeper! There is air conditioning in the living room as well as the bedroom, and is equipped with all the kitchen essentials you’ll need, a washer/ dryer, and is stocked with several beach necessities (beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, towels, boogie board). Cable TV is available in the unit, parking is complementary, and there is an on-site activity desk available for booking all of the fun activities available on Maui. WiFi is also complementary, as well as free long-distance calls to Canada and within the U.S.

You can spend your days on the many beautiful beaches in Kihei, and enjoy the multitude of activities available, such as snorkeling, stand-up paddling, surfing, golfing, sightseeing, and more! Or, you might just want to relax and enjoy the Maui Vista complex, with the 6 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, and 3 BBQ areas with full gas grills available for our guests to use.

We have lived on Maui since 1974, and know the island and what it has to offer extremely well! We also live just 5 minutes from the unit and are available to help make your vacation a memorable one!

The house was relatively clean. There was dust on the counter and tables. The bathroom and bedroom were clean. The unit lacks pots and pans. The pots did not have lids, and the basic cooking items (salt, spices, oil, and tissues) were unavailable or in small amounts. There were beach chairs and a small ice chest that was useful for going to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! Theresa and Sean are great hosts. They provided so many thoughtful touches that made it comfortable and convenient. From the well equipped kitchen to the surprising and unexpected beach gear. The grounds are well kept, including gas grills, tennis courts, pools and plenty of parking. The location is great, close to the beach. We highly recommend this condo in Maui Vista!

Great location in Kihei. Sean and Theresa were wonderfully flexible when we need to revise reservation dates. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our time and the location was quiet, The beach was easily reached on foot.

The Unit is actually better than presented online. New upgraded, stainless steel appliances it appears. Unit was very clean and there was no evidence of any pests or insects. The hosts were very responsive to any needs. They actually had a coffee pot break in the dishwasher just before our arrival. They ran to target to make sure we had a new one before we checked in! We come to Maui every year and this is one of the best values that we have found.

Very nice updated condo, washer/dryer, packed with beach accessories for your convenience. Like the location, good for families with kids, or retirees like us. Hosts lives nearby and very helpful.

We loved the location and size of the property. Air conditioning only in living room but they have a fan you can put in hall to push cool air to bedroom and ceiling fan in bedroom (must have old switch to high then new ceiling fan remote will work). A few bugs in kitchen and bath.

I left a note with the owners about not underestimating the scope of the roach problem in their unit. The unit was infested. Originally I am from Hawaii, so having a few roaches, while unfortunte isnt enough to make a lasting impression. We also grew up with the discipline of keeping the kitchen spotless and food put away. There were SO MANY roaches, crawling on toothbrushes, in the shower, in the traps we requested, under the rim of the granite countertop and sink, under the microwave, inside the dishwasher, coming out of the garbage disposal. It was grotesque and the owner took days to bring traps, they arrived the evening of our last day. The owner was not gracious or responsive when my husband called to report the problem. I took pictures and shot a video, just of the roaches in the kitchen sink, in case there was any question of veracity. Not really happy about our stay, chose to eat out instead of cooking like we planned, because the kitchen was so full of roaches. It diffinitely affected our trip, to be so grossed out.
