Sandy beachfront home shows extreme attention to detail inside and out, immaculately cleaned and maintained. This listing is for renting both the Top and Bottom Units together. Please note that there's a third, tenant-occupied unit onsite. They do not access the lanai area unless absolutely necessary while guests are occupying the rentals.
The two units combine for 3 bedrooms (+ small “bonus room”), 2 full baths, 2 half baths, 1.5 kitchens & 2 living rooms. Each unit boasts an open floorplan, remarkable ocean views from nearly every room, and high-quality beds and linens. Please note the base rate is for up to 7 guests. There is a $25/night fee for additional guests (max. 9).
Beachside outdoor space includes a large slate terrace, thatched-roof tiki bar, 7-person hot tub, shower featuring hot water, BBQ, two lounge sets & three chaise lounges.
Sandy beach is perfect year-round for swimming (no rocks & minimal swell exposure), while the nearby reef - flourishing with huge green sea turtles - is great for exploring by kayak or snorkel.
Notable amenities: 7 TVs, WiFi, A/C in bedrooms (only), washer/dryer, two kayaks, snorkel gear, beach toys, beach towels, coolers, extra linens, board games, and two free parking spaces....

This property was perfect for our stay in Oahu. It was in close proximity to shops and supermarkets and had many points of interest and activities a short drive away. It is a great place to stay as it’s outside of Honolulu and gave a nice country vibe to our stay. Highly recommended!

This house is exactly as described. The back patio was perfect for beach days and relaxing in the sun. All the beach toys came in handy. It was so nice to stay on that side of the island. Great location to get away from all the busy-ness of Honolulu. Many restaurants and food trucks nearby. The house was comfortable, clean and had all the necessities for a week spent on the water. Thank you for sharing this slice of paradise!

House worked well for us and our kids who are 20 and older. My husband and I stayed in the top unit and my son's and their girl friends stayed in the bottom unit. House was pretty much as described. One thing I didn't notice or forgot was the air condition was only in the bedrooms so being out together in living spaces was warm. Unfortunately while we were there a hurricane was off the coast causing higher than normal winds and waves. We were not able to take the kayaks out in the water from the house which is something we had really wanted to do. The house does come equipped with a big variety of boogie boards, kayak, snorkeling gear and sand toys and life jackets. The kids did enjoy the hottub. We did have a monk seal come ashore up by the public beach which we could see from the house. Made our day! The house is clean and neat and well kept. Could use a few more updates but what has been done is great. Loves being right on the beach and on the North Shore away from the busyness of Waikiki.

Everything was perfect. Location was clean, right on the beach, away from the more developed areas of the island. Traveling with three generations (my parents, myself, and my kids) it was so nice having separate units. It allowed for space without sacrificing amenities/beach views. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time ever!!! Everything was great. We used the hot tub one night when it rained and it was perfect! We swam in the beach. The water was good temperature. You can hear the waves at night and in the morning from your bed. We got good shots of the view. Probably my favorite rental by far.

This property met and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves...it is that close to the ocean! We had all the amenities needed from kitchenware to beach towels. We really enjoyed staying on this side of the island...it was like having our own private island! We enjoyed watching Sadie, the 15 year old monk seal swim to shore for her daily rest each day. The only difficulty I had was reaching into the deep washing machine to retrieve clothes... however I started using a pair of kitchen tongs which alleviated that problem :) The outdoor shower was great and the hot tub was a definite plus! We never saw the live in tenants once during out 2 week stay. Fantastic experience and would definitely go back if possible!
