Our beautiful newly furnished luxury 5 bedroom Condo is located at Regency @ Poipu Kai Resort. It is one of only a handful of air-conditioned properties on the Island of Kauai. Our Condo is on the 2nd & 3rd floor with a fantastic view of the mountain range. The resort is located just a short stroll to several world class beaches including Shipwreck Beach, Brenneckes Beach and Poipu Beach which makes them the perfect location for any size group or family. If you have younger children along for the trip you won't find a more perfect children's beach than the little beach formed between Brenneckes and Poipu beaches. Protected from the surf by a natural rock outcropping and featuring a very shallow and gently sloping beach, the children will have a blast!

Our Condo offers the finest interior furnishings to make your vacation a luxury experience. We had 12 people in our group. 6 from Ohio and 6 from Canada. The condo was perfect for our group. We had 4 couples and one couple with two children (7 & 10). Everyone got their own room and the family of four shared the room with two queen beds. The beds were comfy, the condo was clean and well equipped. Very well stocked with linens (16 Beach towels), some snorkel equipment, beach chairs and umbrellas, a cooler and sand toys! Plenty of dishes and cookware. Also, having a washer and dryer was very helpful with our large group. The only thing I would say we could have used more of was hangers in the closets and maybe a few folding chairs for the kitchen table for a bit more seating. The location was great! We were there for two weeks. We planned our trip over about a year. The beaches were beautiful and as I mentioned the location was very convenient for our many day trips and activities. We celebrated two birthdays while we were there and had the right pans and mixer to make two birthday cakes also! Jennifer and her husband were very good hosts. They answered almost immediately when we needed new lightbulbs and batteries for the thermostat. We had a leaky coffee pot and broken beach wagon which they replaced immediately. We all agreed we would stay there again!

This property was awesome! Everything was as listed in the ad. We had 12 adults in our group and everyone had plenty of space. Located in Poipu, which is a very nice area. We would love to rent this place again.

If you enjoy seeing sunrises and sunsets without ever having to drive to one, this is your spot. The complex is immaculately maintained grounds include pool, outdoor barbecue. In addition the unit itself is so accommodating, easy to move in and out of and close to some of the best restaurants on the island. I wish I could give this host more than the five stars for their accommodation to our family in a time of crisis in our trip they went above and beyond we will definitely be back
