LOCATION: There are two buildings at Maui Sands that are direct oceanfront: buildings 4 & 5. Building 5 is backed by a parking lot, our condo is located in building 4 which is backed by a mango tree & expansive lawn making it the quietest building in the complex. Beautiful, wonderful, relaxing, quiet property. Everything was just awesome. Ryan was great at communicating. Cannot think of one thing we did not like or appreciate. The views from property are incredible. 12 feet away from the water.

We enjoyed our time at Maui sands. Ryan was an incredible host. The condo had all the basic necessities which made things so easy. The view was great. Would definitely go back

Being able to wake up and enjoy my coffee watching the waves and whales jump was perfect. Having space outside on the lanai with a little grassy area was great for the kids to stretch their legs. The grounds were peaceful and quiet. This was our first time to Maui and we couldn't have chosen a better place for our home away from home. Ryan was an amazing host. Thank you for allowing me and my family stay at your wonderful place!!

Whales from lanai every day. The listing is accurate and this place has every toy you would need to enjoy the stay down to a stroller and high chair albeit no boogie board. Owner very responsive to all my petty nuances and check in exactly easy as described. The operation manual is very detailed. But don’t forget to print the parking pass before coming since no available printer. You could not ask for a better vacation experience

This property was clean and very comfortable. The lanai view is so beautiful. If you love waking up and watching the sunrise while looking at Molokai and the sound of the waves then this is the place for you. Owner was so easy to work with. The location is also close to everything in the Kaanapali area. Would stay here again.
