It is hard to beat the location. This 1 bedroom 1 bath condo offers a queen bedroom, bath, kitchen , living and dining area. With a nice Lanai and a partial oceanview. We have internet and a new Large Flat Screen TV. There is a spacious lawn behind the complex, a coin operated laundry and one assigned parking space. surfers, windsurfers, kite-surfers as well as tourists from all around the world visit us and enjoy!

We had such a comfortable stay! the location is prime for travel to different parts of the island each day. We loved the beach only a short walk through the backyard, the turtles seem to live the beach to as we saw many on several occasions. I would definitely stay here again, Mahalo for everything, it was perfect for us!

Property is dated, 30-35 years by my estimate, without upgrades. No lift, so not for someone who is not in condition to clime to a third floor.
No AC, so the only way to coll is to open balcony door facing ocean and front door window facing Hana Hwy. Opening front door window on a 3rd floor, means you hear all the cars all the time day and night as if they are next to you. My sleeping solution was to close the front door, turn on ceasing fan and sleep under wet blanket.
So if this is just a place to sleep as i described and the rest of the time you are out , rent it.
As place to relax, this is definitely not.

The area this unit is in is absolutely beautiful. First time in Paia and we love the area. Be aware the unit is on the third floor and there is no air conditioning. For the most part this was ok. Could use some updating (kitchen), but was nice. We would stay here again.

Great location. Walk to Mana’s beach, very short drive to Ho’okipa beach, near-by store, Paia is close for shopping and restaurants and onsite parking for one car. Airport is only an approximate15 minute drive away. Hana highway is a busy street with a fair amount of traffic that you can hear from the bedroom but you can also hear the sound of the ocean from the 3rd floor balcony (and get a peek of the ocean too).
Shower was nice, bed comfy, kitchen ok, tv, wifi, all good with an on-site laundry and outside shower for rinsing off the sand. Living room seating on futon and side chairs was not the most comfortable nor were kitchen chairs.
A comfy place to stay especially if you are busy exploring Maui; not a luxury condo but not a luxury price either. Our hosts were responsive and clear with instructions. I would stay there again.

Overall is was a great place to stay. Great views out the back and front. Being so close to 3 turtle beaches was lots of fun. Paia fish market and the Flatbread pizza place were both favorites. We both really enjoyed the laidback vibe of this part of Maui.
