Unit 911 has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and is located on the ground floor near the beautiful Poipu Greenbelt, which has a paved walking path to the many resort amenities and beautiful nearby beaches. Take a stroll to Brennecke’s Beach to watch the sea turtles or for some world-class boogie boarding and body surfing. Or head the opposite direction for quick access to the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Shipwrecks Beach. Poipu is a great home base for exploring the island of Kauai, from Waimea Canyon and Polihale on the West side of the island to Princeville and Hanalei to the North.

The Condo is amazing! Great location! 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The accommodation worked great for two couples. The condo is very clean. Check-in is super easy, received an email with every step in detail and check-out was even easier.

The condo was very clean, spacious, and featured two lovely lanais which we took advantage of to enjoy breakfast in nature. Well-appointed kitchen with quality utensils and paper products made it easy to make meals at the condo. Beach gear (e.g., body board, beach towels, lawn chairs) was available and appreciated. You will have everything you need to enjoy a lovely vacation! Just a word of caution: The floors are not sound proof and we had what appeared to be a heavy footed sleepwalker above us.

We visit several islands in Hawaii each year and have stayed in SO many units, and this is by far our favorite! It is exactly as described, but even better. First of all, it is beautiful! The moment you walk in, the soothing beachy colors and decor immediately make you feel like you are vacation at the beach. The furnishings and design are higher end and the attention to detail is way above what we have come to expect in a vacation rental. The bedding and beds are so comfortable, towels plush, and even the paper towels and toilet paper are high quality, which is not typical. The kitchen is fully equipped with every appliance you need including high quality dishware and utensils. There is a closet outside the main bedroom that has beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, wagon, beach toys and more. The A/C worked great, as did the dishwasher, washer and dryer, which were a plus to have. Communication with Jennifer was amazing, from start to end and we appreciated her being able to accommodate a later checkout since we had a red-eye flight home, which allowed us to enjoy the beach one more time and still be able to shower before leaving. The 10 minute walk down to the beach(es) is beautiful going both directions, with the gorgeous landscaping of the Poipu Kai complex. The option of using several pools was great, and they were very nice and never crowded. We had a great stay and are very much looking forward to the next time we can stay in this beautiful unit!

First time in Hawaii and this was a great property to stay at. The kitchen had everything you would need and we loved the beach gear. Very roomy place that is a short walk to some amazing beaches.
