Kahana Villas E706 is a two story, two bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sleeps 4. It is one of the nicest remodels at the resort! The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinets and lighting, granite counter tops and high-end appliances. In the spacious dining area, you will find seating for six next to a chilled wine refrigerator. The living room area is open and bright, with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows! Enjoy entertainment with TV's in the living room and all bedrooms (equipped with cable) and complimentary WiFi. Stay cool after a day in the sun with central air conditioning.
The master bedroom loft offers a King size bed, large wall mounted flat screen TV, ocean views, large mirrored closet and en suite bathroom. A dual shower with two multi-function shower panels await in this updated bathroom with dual sinks. The guest bedroom offers a Queen size bed with large mirrored closets, and wonderful west Maui mountain views from the large panel window. Remodeled guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combination.

Kahana Villas are located directly across from S-turns (Pohakua) Beach Park. This beautiful sandy beach is wonderful for swimming, snorkeling and fun waves. Please note that sand levels can vary depending on the conditions. Additionally, this resort has a wonderful pool, spa, and BBQ area.

This place is a beautiful place. The view from the Master bedroom is breathtaking. The place was clean and had everything we needed during our stay in Maui. The air conditioning was an added luxury as it was rather humid during our shyly trip. It is located close to many great restaurants and beaches.

Location of condo on West Maui was great. Check in procedures and communication with MPS was very good.
The condo was clean for the most part…except carpet. All levels can use a good steam clean.
The shower heads in the master bath are difficult to use. Hot water was an issue, also.
Kitchen was well equipped.
Nice that beach chairs and a cooler were available. The public beach was in close proximity.
The views for both floors of the water and Lanai were fantastic.
We had a wonderful stay.

FABULOUS-beautiful layout, furniture and lanai that provides a spectacular view of the ocean. Rainbows galore 🌈. Restaurants nearby and a 2 min walk to the beach!!! Everything you could want for a vacation-beach chairs, boggie boards and a cooler on wheels-perfect. Would absolutely stay here again-and will highly recommend E706 to friends. A lovely place, nice furniture, Maui at its best.

Amazing prime location & condo is just as described/pictured. Views from almost every room in the house are breathtaking. IT got a bit hot upstairs and there was one instance when AC went out but maintenance was there and fixed within a few hours of notice. Had all the necessary beach accessories, walk to beach, unit is close to restaurants,grocery & would definitely stay again.

The noisy air handler in the second bedroom and highway noise on that side of the building made sleep in that room impossible. Thank goodness for a relatively comfortable sofa in the LR. Beautiful and large balcony had a great view but the outdoor rug was sopping wet because the drain on the edge of the balcony was clogged and the dead flowers in the balcony window boxes were a sad sight too. Two of the three hair dryers did not work - one sent out sparks when it was turned on.
Overall a beautiful place with some significant flaws.

Location, view, amenities, kitchen, master bedroom all excellent. However, the bed in the second bedroom was so bad and the A/C in the second bedroom sounded like a jet airplane. Due to the above I would never return to stay at the same VRBO. (unless at least a decent bed and the noise of the A/C was fixed) The bed in the master was fine.

We were here in February for Whale Watching. We were able to lay in bed and watch the whales and beautiful sunsets. Beautiful villa and everything was wonderful. They have all types of beach items, chairs and cooler. Spices available for cooking, all cookware and dishes. The walk in showers in the master suite are amazing! I highly recommend this property!

We (hubby and I along with our 2 teenaged girls) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit we stayed in was large enough for us to space out and have alone time, but had all of the amenities we needed. Fully stocked kitchen and beach chairs and towels. We were very comfortable, although there was a barking dog (I believe from across the street) that barked at different times, including early in the morning. Other than that, the unit was perfect and served as a great home base.

This condo is in a very convenient location just across the road from a beautiful beach with lots of shade. The lanai is great for watching whales and the sunsets. Beach chairs, bogey boards, coolers, umbrellas, fins, snorkels, beach toys, etc are in good shape and come in very handy. The appliances are good quality and the motorized blinds come in very handy to keep the condo at a comfortable temperature. There are shops and restaurants very close by. We found the traffic noise on the lanai a little annoying at times but you don’t hear it inside the condo. The management company (MyPerfectStays) is excellent and very responsive. When the washing machine had some issues the management company picked up our laundry and did it for us a couple of times.

This condo is located in a perfect quiet location. Fantastic View to ocean. Beach across the street and many other beaches within a few miles away. The owners thought of all the needs for kitchen and beach fun. Snorkel gear, cooler, 4 beach chairs and umbrella. Great air-conditioning. Plenty of hot water. Great master shower.

When we walked into this two-level condo, we said, "Wow, look at that ocean view". The two story windows bring the blues of the ocean right into the condo. There are also remote controlled shades that can be rolled down in the afternoon to reduce the afternoon glare. I have to mention the central A/C. It is the best that I have had in all my stays in Hawaii. We had no problem cooling the entire downstairs and upstairs. This condo is large, with plenty of space to lounge downstairs and upstairs. Our family of 4 really enjoyed this condo. We walked across the street to the Sands of Kahana for lunch at their open-air casual bar/restaurant with more ocean and pool views. The location of this condo is great for a quick 10 minute drive to Kaanapali for Black Rock snorkeling.
