A good place to stay, everything that needs for living was inside. Only in the kitchen was a little problem with a poorly repaired water faucet. But in common good experience

Ok, start with the good. Condo was clean enough. It had some issues I would fix if it was my personal space, but as a vacation rental it’s easy to overlook it. The lanai has a better than expected partial ocean view. The annoying: this is a 3rd story condo. Be aware of this. If your ok with the stairs, sweet. But if your not, you might want to look elsewhere. The initial move in/Costco run was a little cumbersome due to the stairs. Not a huge deal for us, but I could see it being a major issue for some people. There is no A/C in the unit. I knew this going in, as other reviewers had stated. They have a bunch of fans… That being said, the bedroom with the kids beds in it was ridiculously hot. One of our kids actually got heat stroke one night. We did our best to plan around the heat by closing the blinds and reopening them for cool air flow, etc…. But it was really hot in that room. The other bedroom was warm, but it wasn’t too bad with the screens and fans at night. This condo was significantly cheaper than others when we went. Very little available on our last minute trip. I think I’ll probably look elsewhere next time. The combo of the top floor and no A/C was just a bit much.

My friends and I had a really great time at this property. Everything was clean and tidy and we really appreciated all of the beach gear. There were four of us and enough chairs and beach towels for all of us….the umbrella was great for beach lounging too. We had a number of home cooked meals out on the lanai and were able to take advantage of the communal bbq area as well. A few great things this condo has that made it stand out: super comfy and firm beds (not like the squishy ones you get at a hotel), great washer/dryer so you don’t have to pack a ton, lots of fans for every room…we didn’t even notice that there wasn’t AC, all cooking and kitchen amenities that you would need, and a very comfy lanai to read, chat and eat on. Overall, a really really great stay in a comfy condo. Thank so much!

We had a great stay here. It had all the amenities of a home with the extra bonus of the pool and tennis courts. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen supplies including the Tupperware containers since we could take them out with us on day trips or to the beach. Having the cooler bags and beach stuff was also great. The towels were a good sized beach towel and the chairs were perfect. We would definitely stay again

We loved our stay and loved that this cute little condo was just a few minutes walk from a plaza that had everything we needed for our stay. We also could walk to a really nice beach just down the road. The whole family really enjoyed it, so much that we are planning to come back as soon as we can.
