Keauhou Resort creates a relaxing Hawaiian escape with stunning views of the Hawaii ocean. PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS NO AC IN THE UNIT. Vacationers will find plenty of Kailua Kona activities at their fingertips from this location. The Keauhou Shopping Center, Regal Cinemas Keauhou 7, and Kona Country Club Golf Course are all a short drive or Uber away. The beach is just down the street perfect for swimming, surfing, and walking on besides the water.

Large sliding doors unveil a lanai with an ocean view. Unwind in the living room on the plush seating situated in front of a mounted flat-screen TV. A DVD player and WIFI are provided for your entertainment. The couch also functions as a sofa sleeper for 2 guests.

Several appliances and ample counter space aid a chef in cooking tasty snacks and meals. Call your guests to the formal dining table with seating for four to eat a home cooked meal together. If you prefer dining alfresco, gather on the lanai. Patio seating is arranged alongside lounge chairs. Bring a Mai Tai or a bottle of your favorite wine out here and indulge in the mesmerizing sunsets over the distant ocean.

The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed, seating, mounted TV, and plenty of storage space. Doors lead to a second lanai with seating and a staircase to leave the unit. There is 1 full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and separate vanity.

Keauhou Resort has an outdoor pool surrounded by tropical shrubbery. Lounge and patio seating can be found out here as well. Shared laundry facilities are also available.

Enjoyed my 8 day stay. Great peaceful location. Quiet except for one night a stray cat selected my condo deck to howl most of the night. Heard a few days later the cat was relocated. Another evening a couple in a nearby condo recreated a Jerry Springer episode by yelling at one another late into the night. Fortunately they behaved the other nights. Aside from those two incidents the place was great. Would stay there again. Sunset views from the deck were a treat each evening.

Beautiful unit, very peaceful! However only thing there was a mildew coffee filter left the coffee maker and the bathroom sink had a very slow drain.

My partner and I honeymooned at one of the condos. We did find quite a few pests (ants, cockroach, centipedes), but the place itself is excellent with plenty of room and amenities.

This house has everything that you need. It has everything that you need, I’m very comfortable bad, well, equipped kitchen, very cozy living room and Lanai. The location is beautiful, away from the crowds of Kailia-Kona but close enough (about 6 miles). Highly recommended

Property manager need to enforce the quite time. Also change out screen door neighbors going in/out allowing it to slam. Golf course loud with manicuring grounds

We really enjoyed our stay here at Keaulou ... the property was in a great location, close to a Shopping Center that had Grocery and other Stores of convenience as well as a Great Restaurant ( Kinichi ) It was also close to the best Snorkeling we have ever experienced, at Kahaluu Beach! It was also a short walk away from Sea Quest which offered an excursion swimming with the Manta rays one of the highlights of our trip! And a visit to the Hale Coffee Farm. The TownHouse itself was lovely with a beautiful view from the top lanai. It was so nice to wake up to the sound of birds and the fragrance of Plumeria with Palms waving in the breeze! We love to cook so we found the Kitchen was well equipped with appliances. It also was nice to have a few necessities such as salt, pepper, sugar, plastic wrap and bags. For a Suggestion The Coffee maker worked fine but could be updated for future guests and we found that the TownHouse was not as clean as we expected. We did find that the grounds were very clean and well maintained and really enjoyed the use of the Pool and BBQ. We also appreciated the amount of towels etc. as well as the use of the washer and dryer and free parking for our Car Rental. We would definitely recommend this Property and we look forward to our next Stay on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii !!! Maholo Niu Loa ;)

A very nice property with a great view, very well situated in a quiet area with easy acces to the beaches, the shopping mall and Ali drive which leads you straight away to the centre of Kona. The equipment as well as the furniture was exactly as described in the add. A nice place to return to
