We hope you enjoy our updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor unit. The views are phenomenal from every room in this two story corner unit! There is absolutely nothing between you and the rhythmic waves of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, less than 40 feet away.

Since this is a top floor corner unit, it is very private…you won’t ever feel like you have neighbors. Sip drinks on your private lanai while watching the sea turtles on the beach below and taking in the fabulous year-round Maui sunsets with views of both Lanai and Molokai. Or during the winter months, enjoy front row seating for whale watching.

Nohanani is located in the heart of Honokowai which lies between Kaanapali to the south and Kapalua to the north. Nohonani is small and quiet ocean front resort near many top beaches and attractions and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The historic town of Lahaina (6 miles away) provides a fun afternoon jaunt.

There is a full service grocery store in Honokowai, several small restaurants, shops, a fantastic Farmer’s Market, and a great new food truck station within walking distance. Nestled between the resort areas, you’ll have access to world class golfing and dining. More incredible beaches are just a few minutes away.

Nohonani offers a heated ocean front pool and a BBQ area. You also have direct access to a private white sandy beach (which is uncommon for condos on the west side), excellent for snorkeling (bring your water shoes) and swimming with turtles. There are no resort or parking fees.

In the living room, take in the stunning ocean view from the couch or dining room table, or watch the 40” flat screen TV, complete with complimentary cable.

- Kitchen & Dining -
The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and all-white appliances. Helpful gadgets include coffee maker, blender and toaster.

- Bedrooms & Bathrooms -
This two-story condo sleeps six total between three bedrooms.

Master 1 (King) - The downstairs master bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat screen TV, and a sliding door to the lanai. A nearby bathroom includes a bathtub and shower.

You can go snorkling, see turtles.. very awesome experience. Kids had a blast as well. The only thing I think that should be addressed is the shower downstairs. Makes a very loud high pitch noise when taking a shower but other than that this place is super awesome.. I want to stay here again.. hoping we can rent it next year..

The beach in front of the condo was perfect for kids and adults. The condo had everything you would need for the beach; chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. Having an elevator was great.

Kitchen is on the small side, and lacking some items like bbq equipment, cooking utensils like spatula, whisk are limited. Dishwasher is small. TV’s could use some better instruction on how to operate! Good location between the big resorts easy to get to Lahaina.

This unit was as described. The view was beautiful. The on-site Property manager was friendly and great. The pool was clean and nice. We saw sea turtles on our beach and whales playing almost every day! I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we enjoyed our stay in this rental. The views did not disappoint for sure. The rental is in an older condo unit. The location is perfect where you are close enough to amenities but away from the big resorts. We loved that. The ocean views were stunning. We sat each day enjoying the view and the ocean waves. The sound of the ocean is very loud which is a strange thing to note but one we all commented on. :) Our first day we arrived to rain and wind and water inside the unit enough to have to use all the provided beach towels. The property management company quickly responded that they would get us new ones the next day, they did. The beds were comfy and the fans come in handy (no A/C). It was warm a few nights but overall pleasant. The pool is nice and perfect access to a small beach. The unit is a perfect location in the building as it was on the end and away from others. We used the kitchen each day for breakfast and most lunches so that comes in handy also. There are beach chairs and coolers which also make it easy to head to the beach. We enjoyed DT Fleming beach twice which was a short drive next to the Ritz Carlton. If you are looking for a great rental away from the hustle and bustle this is perfect.
