Our air conditioned, quiet, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is located across from one of the most beautiful parks and surfing, paddle boarding, swimming, and snorkeling beaches on Maui. Situated in the heart of Kihei, Foodland, restaurants, and gift shops are within easy walking distance. Kihei is a laid back beach town with a pace that will let you relax, clear your head, and just unwind in the beauty of Maui. Our condo is easily accessible with an elevator, and has everything your family needs to make your stay enjoyable with a large Smart TV, in-unit washer and dryer, two brand new air conditioners, WIFI, and free high speed cable internet access. Besides a comfy king size bed, we have a pull out queen sofa bed, and a play pen for the little ones. We also have plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, and even a surfboard for your use during your stay. In our complex are 3 pools, and six individually enclosed Plexi-pave championship tennis courts. Racquet and ball rentals are available at the front desk. For golfers, we have three world class courses at Wailea just minutes away. If you are on a budget, you can walk or drive to Foodland and bring groceries back to prepare in your own fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided free of charge. For those who like to barbecue, there is an easily accessible gas-fired grill that is cleaned every morning for your use. If you want to eat out, there are plenty of great restaurants from fast food to fine dining, all very close. As the sun sets in the evening, you can sit out on the lanai, sipping your favorite beverage or cocktail, and enjoy beautiful views of the island of Kahoolawe, which sits directly across from you....

This place was meh. Very spacious, which was nice. Floors were dirty. Baseboards were very dirty. For the price, I kind of expected it to be cleaner. It seems like the floors were swept but hadn't been mopped in a month. After taking a shower, I walked around the house barefoot and the bottom of my feet were brown with dirt. It was fine to stay here for 2 nights, but wouldn't have wanted to stay longer or would have requested the floors be mopped. Would we stay here again? No. Was it ok enough for 2 nights? Yes. I’ve seen the owner respond to another comment that their cleaning crew is great and cleans after every guest. That may be, but they really need to mop better and maybe clean the baseboards once in a while.

I found the condo to be all that was advertised and convenient to beaches, tennis, stores, restaurants, and watering holes. The owners were quite diligent in keeping after Spectrum Cable to fix some ongoing connectivity issues with their cable TV offerings. The internet service was fast and reliable. Overall, a good experience.
