Elevated bed frames with 14 inch memory foam mattresses. Imported bali batik bird of paradise comforters. Bird of paradise lanai chairs. Private tub shower combo, push button toilets. 40 inch screen TV's , cable and dvd's. Coffee, hot chocolate, tea, water. Granola and coconut milk. At this cool altitude the hot tub is so nice with coffee in the morning and wine at night....

It was a welcome relief to stay here with a super-comfortable bed. Muffins, papaya, yoghurt, a fridge, nice shower and a lovely patio and screen door that we enjoyed at night listening to the coqui frogs. John is a kind and thoughtful host. It is very close to Volcanoes National Park which is why we wanted to stay here. It’s also just a 25 minute drive to Hilo. The hotel was quiet and peaceful.
