After an afternoon of exploring the island retreat back to your (air conditioned) hideaway where you can prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or drink cocktails on the balcony as you watch the spectacular sunset before heading out to Kihei's numerous eateries, only a step from your door. Fall asleep after a long day with the sounds of the sea in your ears and the warmth of the Maui sun on your skin. Clean. Good location and communication with owner.
Building has structural issues... which im not privy to the details... so i cannot make an educated comment. But the obvious exterior shoring makes me pause to stay here again, until permanent repairs are completed.

Brooke was a great host! She was quick to respond and helpful when we needed assistance.
The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for myself and two friends for our week long stay. The AC was quiet and works well.
Best of all, the condo is in a perfect location. It’s in walking distance to everything you’ll need… beach, snorkeling, groceries, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and markets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a fairly quiet area for more mature crowd and quiet families. The unit is comfortable and clean with all the basic necessities for a couple including kitchen cookware and a small laundry machine pair. Walking distance to excellent food trucks, beach walks, and water activities. Later afternoon and evening traffic gets relatively heavy along the beach but it quiets down after dinner. Host was proactive, checking in through our trip to ensure everything was OK.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is great for walking to shops, restaurants, bars and the beaches! We could not have asked for a better spot. There is a lovely view from the balcony of the water and sunsets! There are plenty of great places to hang out all within 10 minutes of the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Kihei!!

Brooke’s property is conveniently located near beaches, shopping, activities, etc. The property was clean and parking was easy. Loved the keyless entry! Brooke was prompt to respond to email. Would love to stay there again!

Not having been to Maui or renting a condo before, I made the perfect choice! It worked out better than I hoped for!
Location: the location was just perfect for me. 25ish minutes up to Lahaina, 10 minutes down to Wailea, 20 min to Costco/Target etc. Easy access to everything but not in the middle of craziness. I can walk to beach, grocery, and restaurants. My dive shop (Maui Dreams Dive Co) was on the ground floor and there were other surf shops to do activities with. I liked that there were more local restaurants and food trucks to choose from. I was there for 6 weeks so I cooked a lot as well. Sitting on the couch, looking at the ocean was just wonderful.
Condo: exactly as pictured - clean, contemporary, roomy. The couch and the bed were comfy. A lot of bed pillows to choose from. Washer/Dryer in the unit was very convenient. All of the appliances were modern and well maintained.
Brooke: the perfect host! Every time I contacted her, she was quick to respond with answers to my questions. She is very helpful and friendly and had a list of ideas things to do/restaurants.

We had a great time at this condo. We liked being close to stores and restaurants right in the same building, as well as a grocery store two blocks away. The view was great, we could see the ocean and saw whales most days. The unit was nicely renovated with a good kitchen and nice shower. The ac was quiet and there was little noise from the street and we never heard any neighbours.
