    For the golfers, Kukuiolono Golf Course lies just a half mile southwest of the house. Just over a mile north is the small town of Kalaheo, where you can get a slice of pie and coffee at The Right Slice, enjoy a proper pizza at Brick Oven Pizza, or play a little catch at Kalawai Park. Six miles away is old Koloa Town in the Poipu area where you can stock up on groceries or fill up a cooler for a day at Brennecke's Beach or Poipu Beach Park, just a few more miles south. Six miles the other way will take you to the Wahiawa area where you can pick up a boat charter or pop into local favorite Kauai Island Brewery & Grill.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. House was very clean, for the most part quiet, except for the chickens crowing very early in the mornings. We did a number of excursions, and this house was located where most of them were short drives. Others have commented about the driveway and it is very steep, so be ready. The other thing to be ready for is the mosquitos, making sitting outside difficult. There was insect repellent in the house. Nice home, beautiful island and we would rent this home again. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

    Great house with lots of room. Need a window or some covering from bedroom to loft. But other than that great!!
